Best Dental experience I've ever had! (Root canal) Customer service: impeccable, they're incredibly professional and kind, you're not just a number. My specialist was not only knowledgeable, he was also very patient and made sure to explain carefully the procedure with no rush. He called personally to follow up the very next day. Had a 3 month follow up; even better experience :) I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Thank you guys so much for making this experience a lot less scary and stressful.

No one wants a root canal, but West Atlanta is the place to go if you need one. The front office staff was extremely welcoming and the waiting room designed for comfort, relaxation, and cleanliness. The work space was just as relaxing, clean, and beautiful as the front office. Dr. Norrington and his assistant, Ellen, were very friendly and took great care of me, explaining what they were doing. This is a very professional endodontics practice and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted West Atlanta Endodontics late on Monday and they worked me in quick the next morning. Friendly office staff and quick results, definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at this office. The staff is awesome and I was able to get in quickly. The Dr. explained the process in detail as he went along. I would definitely recommend this practice for your Endodontist needs.

Had an emergency situation and they were able to diagnose and then do the procedure on the same day. Very good service. Doctor was very caring and did a good job.

Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel right at home!! Dr. Smithson was absolutely wonderful during my root canal and explained everything perfectly and thoroughly. highly recommend Dr. Smithson and Dr. Noorington to everyone.

Extremely nice facility but even better staff! From the front desk to the dental assistant to Dr. Smithson, I was treated wonderfully. The Dr. explained everything before he started my procedure! I could not have asked for a better experience!

I was having serious tooth pain -- I had an appointment scheduled in a few days but I was in so much pain I called to see if they could get me in that day. They told me to come right away and they saw me immediately and did a root canal right then! So much relief. I so much appreciated their care and responsiveness for my pain! The doctor made me feel super comfortable and taken care of during the whole thing! Would definitely recommend!

The entire team was awesome! I was nervous about having a root canal done but Dr. Norrington had no problem explaining the procedure to me. He even took the time to call me the next day to check on me. Great job to you all...hey there Cindy
