Everything was great. I went in for a consultation and was 30 minutes late. I didn't wait 10 minutes. Dr Redmond came out check my mouth and gave me advice on what to do. With his experience and knowledge I followed his advice. Reception on 5/20/22 was very professional and funny. I recommend them to anybody

Everyone is very nice. Pull ur tooth without hurting so bad. Cost is affordable, when I didn't have insurance.And there is a person there to fix ur partial that day.

I saw Dr. Redmond Sept. 10, 2021 for an extraction. 3 days later am in bad pain. Noticed 2 days after procedure that my gum was mangled, I could feel bone through the mess of tissue. .I will not go back, eventhough he was kind. I think he was tired and too busy, and got careless.

Dr. Redmond did my dental surgery with no pain at all. I was scared at first but when he started the procedure he kept me calm. He was so patient and kind. The staff are nice and friendly as well. West Alabama Dental Center highly recommended. Thank you for the awesome job!

I recently had a tooth pulled there and I was in so much pain after and the next day when I stopped bleeding I noticed that a piece of my tooth was still in my mouth. And I have been bleeding on and off for a couple of days. I would like refund and for my insurance not be charged for a half done procedure. I will not be returning to get this problem fixed. (First time going to this dentist office) Looking for a better, I need one ASAP.

This place is very unprofessional to say things nicely, the lady at the front desk is very rude, I contacted this Dental office in hopes of finding a new dental home since I'm not from Tuscaloosa, I called around a few places and this one was closer to my home. from the start of conversation I greeted the lady and said " Good morning, how are you? she immediately disregarded my greeting and said "how can I help you" very rudely, so I proceeded with my conversation. the second I heard her huff as if she was tired of me did it, How can you possibly conduct a business when you have people like this working for you pushing all of your customers away? If your having a bad day that is completely understood but allowing customers to see it and hear it verbally is bad for business. I wouldn't say I don't recommend this company because I never made it to scheduling an appt due to blatantly rude tone and customer service but I definitely wouldn't want to be greeted by this lady upon checking in for my appt.

Unprofessional lady at the desk. Dental assistant acted extremely stuck up. Not sure why when you work in a dump. I do not appreciate how I was treated at this place. The outside is just as gloomy as the inside. Cheap for a reason.

From the awesome receptionist to wonderful Cheryl and Dr. Redmond best dentist I have ever gone to. Rates are great and my teeth are awesome. This clinic has done nothing but improve in last couple years. Thanks all!

Granddaughter had a wisdom tooth extracted same day of consult, and she healed nicely. No probs whatsoever. Staff here are very nice and helpful. Two thumbs up for the dentist! Hurrah for WADC!

My husband and I have went here a number of times and they are fair priced for people with low income they are all nice and professional I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get work don't on your teeth

The top denture I got there for $375.00 fit perfect no adjustment needed fit better than the $1200.00 set my next door neighbor just ,got that has been taken back twice in one month for adjustments

This is the type of place you go to ONLY FOR AN EMERGENCY! It's like going to a subway for dentistry. There is no privacy, all the patient work stations are lined up in a row and the "Doctor", if you want to call him that, constantly moving from one station to another. This is the first dentist I been to that did not use a drop of water (Lord I pray those instruments were clean). The doctor had dried blood splatter on his uniform and the spit sinks were brown. I gave him 3 stars because my usual dentist retired and everyone else I went to only wanted to take x-rays and come back in a few days. Well, I had a tooth that needed to come out now and he yanked it out and that's what I needed. So to that end THANK YOU.
