This dentist office sucks!!!!!!! They didnt send out for my root canal til after a month. They blame insurance but its there negligence! If u miss an appointment they refer you out! I now understand why its always an empty office. These medical assistants need some more training!!!!! I'll never go here again;!!!!!!!!!

The staff is very friendly I really don't understand why people are very rude you receive the same respect you give remember that over all I love the service and the office is super clean.

I don't know what people talking about with the staff but they have been nothing but nice to me and my family. My family comes to this dental office and is satisfied. The doctor is really educational and knows her stuff. She takes her time explaining what is found on the X-rays including what needs to be done. The assistants are very kind and funny and is patient with us when we give them a hard time with any X-rays that need to be taken. I even recommended a lot of my family and friends to the office, which they are also satisfied and will continue go for their check ups

The receptionist Michelle is kind of rude. Cassandra is okay. But the dentist Dee or whatever her name is? She thinks who she is. Tries to find things wrong with the patient that really doesn't need so much work done. Stay away from this place!

I've been in pain for 4 days, I never call last min for an appt, I told them I was in very bad pain, they told me no walk ins and go to urgent care. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she is busy. Jessica was VERY nasty and told her where to go....

By far one of the best dental offices I been too. Staff is very knowledgeable and kind, they work with my schedule on what day would be good for me to come in. They called a day before to confirm my appointment and was kind enough to call me the day of to remind me about it(since I asked if they could) the receptionist is sweet and kind, the doctor and assistant was very kind and ease my nerves since I had a very bad experience as a child and reinsure me that it will go smoothly. The work the doctor did I didn't feel which was amazing! I will keep coming back and recommend patients to them. Thank you staff at west9th for your service! Can't wait to go back for my next check up!

They will deny you service or not pick up companies phone while the establishment is open. & never call your phone the day before to remind you about your appointment and time and also if you would want to reschedule

I always had trouble finding a good dentist until I went to this office. The front desk was nice, the assistant was also nice,caring and showed sympathy and empathy to my emotions and how I was feeling about myself because of how my teeth were. She encouraged me to continue coming and told me how great the dentist is from her heart not because she works there. When the dentist came in she told me what needed to be done and how to improve my dental hygiene. Not only did the doctor took her time explaining what she saw on the X-rays; she has given me my confidence back. I needed work done and it was amazing how fast my insurance responded and how quick they got me in to start the work. I didn't feel no pain when the doctor numbed me and didn't feel no pain when she was doing the work. The staff really makes you feel comfortable and is compassionate. They really care about helping people which I never seen at other dental offices I went to. I can literally smile without feeling bad about myself, if I didn't find out about this office i wouldn't have the confidence I have now. All thanks to the girls at West9th I will continue to come and recommend my family.
