Dr. Wesley Wise was first drawn to dentistry as a child in Houston, Tx. His curiosity stayed with him upon moving to Chicago and eventually it led him to Northwestern University where he would graduate with a DDS in 1986. Within a year, Dr. Wise had partnered with Dr. Brundage to create their practice in the same location that Dr. Brundages family had practiced dentistry for 3 generations. Upon Dr. Brundages retirement in 2016, Dr. Wise became the sole owner and has now been practicing dentistry in Oak Park for over 30 years.
As a family dentist, Dr. Wise loves helping patients of all ages maintain their smile. Hes constantly encouraged by the friendliness of the people in Oak Park and continues to expand his field of practice to accommodate as many patients as possible. His love of dentistry extends to teaching, too. He has mentored countless new dentists as they start their practice and is a member of the ADA, IL State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.
When he has some time to himself, Dr. Wise loves gardening and spending time in nature. He married his wife, Sue, the same year he joined the practice, and theyre celebrating over 30 years of marriage together. As a couple, they enjoy skiing, hiking and spending time with their adult children. The Wise family has traveled extensively through the US and Europe, and Dr. Wise dreams of owning an RV and driving across the US one day.
Dr. Brandon Murphy is a native of Illinois and grew up in the southern suburbs of Chicago. He practiced several years as an associate dentist before forming Murphy Dental Group, PLLC. Dr. Wise chose Dr. Murphy to continue the legacy of the multi-generational practice that Dr. Brundage and Dr. Wise proudly led for decades.
Dr. Murphy completed his DDS degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago, followed by a General Practice Residency at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. He gained additional training in the management of medically compromised patients, sedation experience and furthered his dental implant scope of practice.
In his free time, Dr. Murphy is a film enthusiast and will always have a great movie recommendation. He remains living in Chicago and enjoys trying new restaurants and cooking at home. You can ask him for recommendations whenever you see him. He enjoys keeping a healthy and active lifestyle, which of course, starts with a smile.
All our dentists are incredibly talented, but they're supported every step of the way by our hard-working dental team. Their attention to detail and excellent patient care is just as important to our success. It's their energy and diligence that is responsible for so many of the smiles weve helped restore.

Staff was very friendly. My appointment was quick and efficient. Dr. Cho is so sweet and took the time to answer my questions. They were not pushy with additional services like other dentist offices.

Dr. Wise's office made me feel so comfortable after not going to the dentist for a while. They are kind, patient, respectful, and explain everything clearly! Highly recommend this office and will continue to be a patient here.

This dental office is awesome. I've been going here for years, despite living downtown. I always enjoyed my experience with the group, especially Dr. Cho. I didn't truly realize how well run this place is and how much every employee truly cares until a few bad experiences at other medical establishments around the city. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend Dr. Murphy and an Invisalign treatment. Treatment was only 5 months for a pretty severe cross-bite. It was painless and the results have been incredible. Front desk staff is extremely helpful and proactive with insurance issues.

The entire staff is wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Doctors are great to work with. I get my cleanings done by Adriana and she is very gentle yet thorough. She does a great job.

I lost a crown & I was able to get an appointment the next day, even though I was a brand new patient and it was the first day back from the holiday. Staff is very friendly, the open office is comfortable & Dr. Cho explained my treatment plan step by step, which definitely helped with my dental anxiety!

I was made to feel so welcome & supported. The hygienist, Gina, was very pleasant & engaging, even spending extra time to stay with me while waiting for the dentist, taking/showing/explaining pics & x-rays of my teeth!

The staff is really friendly and accommodating as soon as you walk in. It is a very clean office. Adriana x-rayed and cleaned my teeth. She is awesome. Dr Murphy is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.

Been going to Dr Wise for years and have always been a very happy patient. The Dr's take great care, are thorough and take the time to explain what they are seeing and thinking. I've been seeing Adriana as my hygienist now for several years and I could not be happier with the care and service I'm receiving. She does excellent work and is a pleasure to be with. As someone with a long standing phobia of dental offices, Adriana has put me so at ease that i now look forward to my appointments.
