Husband and wife, Scott and Michelle Weninger are gentle, caring dentists who use only the most advanced materials and procedures. They practice comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each patient. In addition to their technical proficiency, the doctors are careful listeners and will explain beforehand what treatment is best for your individual needs.
After earning his bachelors degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2000, Dr. Scott Weninger received his doctorate from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2004. He has taken many continuing education courses, including those in IV conscious sedation, dental implants and cosmetic and reconstructive fillers such as BOTOX & JUVDERM.
Dr. Michelle Weninger graduated in 1999 from the University of Illinois and also earned her doctorate in 2004 from Marquette University School of Dentistry. She has since taken many continuing education courses, including those in orthodontics, sleep apnea & TMJ discomfort.
Our team members are licensed professionals, and go through regular training to stay up-to-date on the latest in dentistry services. We respect and follow all the guidelines for OSHA and Internal Universal Precautions.
The doctors are members of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association & the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Scott is a member of the Florida Dental Society of Anesthesiology, while Dr. Michelle is a member of the International Association of Orthodontists. Debbie Martinez, Dental Hygienist For 34 years, Debbie has been in the dental fieldshe almost cant believe it herself! Debbie is a Tampa, FL native and truly enjoys her career. When she began thinking about her career path, Debbie first started out wanting to pursue a career in elementary education. However, she adored going to her dentist and orthodontist and thought it would be a great way to care for others. Plus she loves smiles. Debbie focuses on goals to improve and maintain oral health and help Weninger Dentistrys patients as much as she can!
Rachel Blanco, Dental Hygienist Rachel is a Tampa, FL native and has been in the dental field for over 21 years! Rachel adores helping people and wants patients to feel good about their smile and overall oral health. Rachel knows that a great patient is an educated one. Its important to her to teach patients the best way to keep their teeth and gums clean and live a long and happy life.
Amada Longoria, Dental Hygienist For almost 40 years, Amada has been delivering happy smiles to the patients that she serves. Born in Cuba, Amada was most inspired by her fathers periodontist that would let her watch his cleanings when she was a young teen. Amada is thrilled that she is a vital member of a community that focuses on the health needs of each individual. She likes to be part of Weninger Dentistry because of our integrity, professionalism and desire to help our patients. We cant help but blush & we would say the same thing about Amada.
Tracy Schmidlin, Dental Assistant Tracy, a Williamstown, New Jersey native is more than happy to be back in the dental field! Tracy was interested in a dental career ever since she was little and soon came to realize it was something she wanted to do every day of her adult life. Since working with Weninger Dentistry, she has stated that it has been the missing piece to her puzzle and now it is complete. We are so glad she feels that way. Tracy enjoys meeting patients and working with her fabulous co-workers. She hopes to continue to grow with the practice and to help Weninger Dentistry remain the best dental practice in Tampa.

Celeste Ortega, Dental Assistant Celeste, a Naples, Florida native is new to the dental field, but her love for dentistry began many years ago. Celeste was very attuned to peoples beautiful teeth and smiles, but wasnt a huge fan of the medical field. However, her cousin who is a dental assistant described what she did and how she adored her career. This was exactly what Celeste needed to find her purpose. And were so glad she did.
Celeste enjoys creating relationships with our patients and supporting them through their journey to a beautiful smile. When Celeste isnt working, you can find her constantly improving. In fact, her goal is to become better than she was the day before. Celeste, youre on the right path and you motivate us to do the same.
Chelsea Mathews, Insurance Coordinator Chelsea is a New York native that could not be more excited about her career in the dental field. Chelsea remembers when her sister, who is also in the dental field, would come home from school and work raving about her job. Though that didnt necessarily interest Chelsea at the time, she went on to realize that dentistry was her passion too! Chelsea keeps us organized and the office running as smoothly as possible. She keeps accounts up to date and truly enjoys working with patients.
