Dr. Sanger has performed many cases of teeth whitening, veneers, and white bonded fillings. She is knowledgeable on many different implant systems and incorporates aesthetics in all of her treatment plans.
Dr. Sanger encourages the very young to take an interest in their dental health by reviewing nutrition and emphasizing good oral hygiene. Teenagers are empowered to take an interest in their developing smiles as many undergo orthodontic treatment. Pregnant women may encounter various issues as the oral tissues are stressed by the developing fetus.
Both men and women can develop dental disease, and Dr. Sanger is comprehensive in her diagnosis and treatment planning. Older patients have dental concerns that may have developed as a result of medications, chemotherapy, or systemic disease.
Dr. Sanger has been recognized by the Philadelphia County Dental Society, the International College of Dentists, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the American Association of Dental Schools. She is currently an active member of the Frank Spear Study Club.
Once we determine you are a suitable candidate for dental implants, we will develop an appropriate treatment plan. Most implant procedures are broken up into two surgeries. During the first surgery, we will make a minor incision in the gum tissue to expose the underlying bone. Next, we will place the implant deep within the jawbone.
Over the next several months, the implant and your jawbone will fuse through the process of osseointegration. Osseointegration is largely responsible for the many benefits of dental implants, mimicking the natural relationship between tooth root and socket.
Once osseointegration is complete, we will schedule the second surgery to place the abutment. After the abutment is in place, we take an impression of the area. The impression will be used by our laboratory technicians to fabricate your final restoration. Once your restoration is ready, we will permanently attach it to the implant post.

Love Dr. Sanger! Everyone at her office is so nice, especially the receptionist, Karen. She always gives a warm welcome and is always helpful. Dr. Sanger is always thorough and will answer any questions that I have. I would definitely recommend coming here for your next appointment, you will not be disappointed!

I just love being able to book appointments online. Just such a respect for my time. Dr. Sanger's office manager is great with texting when there are changes to the schedule. Wait time is very short. And I was in and out quickly for my dental work with no issues. Just surprising to have a dental appointment go so well.

I was in so much pain on Sunday that I called the emergency number. Dr. Sanger got right back to me and prescribed me some medicine. She saw me today, Monday morning, and started a root canal. I am a little sore now but my tooth pain is gone!!! Thank you!!!

I had a tooth that been bothering me for some time. Really afraid to get it looked at. Finally went to Dr. Sanger after a friend recommended her. She fixed it. It was no big deal. I got no trouble tonight. Ate dinner and no food stuck. No pain. Had to write this review.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sanger's for many years. I recently broke a tooth hours before leaving on a business trip. She was able to quickly squeeze me in and stabilize my situation until I got back from my trip. Just grateful that there are still people that go out of their way for others. Her whole staff works together it is really a great office. Even made my plane!

My son has such anxiety at the dentist. He has been to several and it has been very difficult. He was even sedated as a child for a filling. He needed another tooth treated and I was told to try Dr. Sanger. She was great. He wasn't perfect but her patience and friendly assistant were able to do the cavity and get my son through the appointment with out tears. I am so relieved and thankful!

Thank you Dr. Sanger!!! I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep, eat, drink, or even think and a friend suggested Dr. Sanger. Her office manager got me in the the schedule within hours of my call and now I am relaxing after dinner symptom free. Just can't believe that it was that easy.

I was dreading this appointment all day. I knew that I was getting a root canal and I was very nervous. Dr. Sanger and her assistant were so calming and synchronized that it was fascinating to watch. Before I knew it they were going over what to do at home. I was finished before I realized that it should hurt. No root canal horror story for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sanger's for years. I was just in the office again to have a tooth fixed. It amazes me how every time I go in to the office there is new equipment. Her office is clean, the staff is friendly. I just don't mind going there. Ate dinner tonight no problem. If going to the dentist gives you anxiety, try Dr. Sanger. She is great.

My daughter has been notoriously bad at the dental office. She needed a filling and our dentist wanted to sedate her. A friend told me to try Dr. Wendy. She did the filling no problem! My daughter was great in the chair and can't wait to go back! I can't explain it but whatever happened in that office today was magical.
