They were ready to take me on time. Everything was very clean. I got clear answers to all my questions. Everyone was pleasant and easy to interact with.

I have been going to Dr. Moore's since 20+ years and I absolutely LOVE her staff (and Dr. Moore too). They are always very courteous and attentive to my needs to be comfortable in their office. As long as I live in KG, there will be no other dentist for me.

I agree with the others on the billing errors. I called them to ask if they accept my insurance and the answer I got was "Yes Ma'am". My husband and daughter went to a dentist in fburg and didn't pay a dime with our insurance. I went to this one because it was closer to our home. Got a bill for $225. They told me that I needed to increase my insurance amount next time for it to be free. Got tired of fighting with them and paid it. But I am going to warn others to skip this one if you want to avoid surprise dental bills.

Going to the dentist for some can be a dreadful experience. Going to see Dr Moore is the most enjoyable and relaxing experience ever. Today was my first time meeting her and her fantastic staff. Any anxiety I felt was immediately put to rest by her entire staff so that by the time I met Dr. Moore I was completely relaxed. Thanks to all!

I began seeing Dr. Moore last year. I have horrible dental anxiety and my teeth have suffered because of it. Dr. Moore takes the time to explain the procedures, and what options are available, as well as the costs.

I was asked to return a mouthguard that I had used for 6 months. The reason: After I was advised by her staff that my insurance would pay for it of course I got it. Well the insurance company denied the claim. So I was given 2 choices. 1. Keep the mouth guard and pay the 500 DOLLARS or 2. I could return the mouth guard. How does either option help me. After all according to Dr. Wendy Moore. I needed this for my continued dental health. Apparently that meant or until repossessed by said dentist. I am UNEMPLOYED which is why I made sure that it was covered to begin with. I had a meeting with the business manager. She informed me that they would refile the claim and if denied would write it off. So you can imagine my surprise when I got the call with those 2 options. Which tells me that the deciding factor was Dr. Wendy Moore. Even though I was given this misinformation by her office. So on July 13th 6 months after receiving it. I returned my mouth guard. Do Not Patronize this office. Unless you know ALL the ins and outs of your Dental Insurance. I would hate for your fillings to be repossessed. You may be held liable for HER OFFICE MISTAKES. PS Did she recycle my mouth guard. I'm sure future patients would like to know. To repossess a mouth guard to just destroy it is just HATEFUL AND ALL AROUND BAD BUSINESS. She should have written this off as previously promised by her office manager. But no she refused to own up to the mistake by her front office or accept responsibility for that error. This clearly screamed a Practice to Not Trust. She has a Marquee that reads " Come in and be treated like family" Who Treats Their Family This Way?

I went to the dentist office after calling around to see who was in network with my dental insurance. I was then told when making appt this office was and when I got there after my cleaning was done I had a bill I had to pay and the receptionist said was i told we are not in network with your insurance. Then was threatened with collections for not paying at time. After that issue and a week later I finally get a hold to the manger. She called me a liar saying I was never told we were in network because her staff would never do that, and me and my husband are "young" and went with the cheap insurance. She said I should have done my homework before going to her office because it's my fault I have to pay because they're not in network even though I was told I was. (Even though I called and asked that was me doing my "homework")She then tried selling me better insurance or their smile club. I said I'll never go back. She then said I'll never find a good dentist like hers. I said at least other offices wouldn't try robbing me of 200$. She then hung up.

Really enjoyed my experience with this office. I have no insurance and they have a plan in office that covers most of the basics at an affordable price although the extra things such as fillings n guards are higher than normal. GREAT atmosphere, friendly and happy staff.

They intentionally over charge and we had a large amount refund that kept being carried over and not informed me about it make sure you watch what they charge you and check with your insurance that you are only paying what you need to and if you have a balance make sure to get it back

Dr. Wendy and her staff are bright, efficient professionals who exemplify the true spirit of working as a team. Due to some backsliding in my personal dental care, I received a poor report at my dental appointment which turned into a discussion about gum disease in the wake of my own failure to faithfully use the Sonic toothbrush Dr. Wendy recommended. I was talked to about how my own home dental routine might be improved so that deep cleanings and scaling would not need to be a part of my future if I took better care of my teeth. The staff was also instructed to show me two short videos describing gum disease and prevention and care of gum disease. I went home and went straight back to faithfully using my Sonic toothbrush after meals, nightly flossing and use of the recommended flouride toothpaste. Four months later, my gums were back to being healthy without any need for accelerated dental visits or gum surgery. Dr. Wendy is a dentist of both excellence and integrity!
