I've been a patient at Everhart & Pinto (now Catamount Family Dental) since 2017. To be clear, my experiences were always fine with all the folks handling my cleanings, including Dr. Everhart. That said, the front desk team leaves a lot to be desired. They have consistently made me feel like an inconvenience when checking in to my appointments, brusquely handing me a clipboard to fill out the pre-appointment paperwork and barely acknowledging me otherwise. However, at my most recent appointment, my insurance provider had changed so I made sure to bring my new information and asked the woman at the front desk to confirm that they were indeed an in-network provider still and that my insurance would be accepted. She took my insurance card with a slight sigh and whirled around in her chair. Several minutes later, I was called in for my cleaning and I stopped at the front desk to collect my insurance card and an answer to my question. I was tersely handed my card back and given a quick "Yeah" when I again asked if they were in-network. A few weeks after my appointment, I received a bill for my cleaning in the mail that was for a lot more than my normal co-pay. When I contacted the front desk about this, I was greeted with total apathy. A simple, "Sorry for that mix up!" or something to that effect would have been appreciated, but there was absolutely zero care from the staff. Confirming they are a provider in-network though they actually aren't and then not offering even an apology after their error is wholly unprofessional. I will be transitioning to a new practice for my future cleanings.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I had a chipped front tooth, went in for what they said would be an easy fix. But not even 3 hours after fixing it, it chipped while I was talking. I called and they were mortified that it did not hold, and said they would do it again free of charge. I got it fixed again, this time it only lasted 1.5 days until it the filling chipped. They said once again they ere very sorry and fixed it AGAIN free of charge (they're third time trying) and it chipped less than a day later. Two week later I found a new dentist, had it fixed and its been fixed for over 4 months now and doesn't show any sign of chipping again in the future. So basically what I'm saying is they have no idea what they are doing, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!

Dr. Everhartt is great. I normally hate going to the dentist but I have had a great experience at this dental practice. They are always very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend!

When I originally started asking around for recommendations for a dentist, I had 2 different people tell me they love her so I figured I'd give them a go. I haven't looked back since. I absolutely love Dr. Pinto. She's been the only dentist I've ever had who knew that I needed more Novocaine because of being a redhead. She is always available for any emergency and gets me in quick, she never pushes "extras" like teeth whitening or whatever. She very thorough and patient. The dental assistants are all wonderful and careful not cause pain. I really love them and I hate dentists. Dr. Pinto is the only dentist I will go to.

Super kind staff, fast, professional. I came in to get a broken cap replaced and had not been to the dentist in 13 years. I was a little nervous, but Dr. Everhart put me at ease and cared more about how my cap looked than I did. Her Dental Assistant gently encouraged me to go to the dentist regularly again. I had such a positive experience that I am going back for my second regular appointment today!

Not so nice. Felt like i was bugging her to be a patient of hers. grumpy just not happy to do what she does. Her dental assistant was very nice and very welcoming but seemed scared of her before and after being snapped at. Filling was rush rush felt completely vulnerable and anxious during the 2 fillings, drill happy took way more tooth then needed the whole inside of my molars. My next appointment needed to reschedule informed I couldn't make it first thing 7am 4 hours before and they then booted me as a patient. And then received a letter that also my daughter was booted they canceled her scheduled appointment who didn't missed any. All because I was late for one other appointment that they rescheduled me for. Oh but if they are late or need to reschedule it's okay.
