I am a 50-year-old patient with missing molar and protruding front teeth. I have been doing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Chen since August 2018, and it has been more than four years now, although the time is a bit long, (because of my missing molar, there's not enough strength.) the process is more difficult, but by seeing the current effect, everything was worth it. I want to thank Dr. Chen and her team for giving extra time and effort for me because of my difficult situation, Dr. Chen's skill and hard work and how she always makes sure everything is going to be perfect is the reason of me having a confident smile now, thank you guys so much!

I've just completed a 3 year orthodontics treatment to improve my misaligned and correct my jaw alignment and am very pleased with results! Dr Chen is always professional and carefully explains all aspects of the treatment. I moved away from the area during the 3 years but returned back periodically to be treated by Dr Chen. She's the best.

Dr. Chen, is an amazing orthodontist!! I had a life changing experience with her!! Accepting treatment at her office has been a blessing. It is hard to trust someone, when there is a lack of knowledge on the other end. During my treat with Dr. Chen, I was slightly nervous about what was happening. A lot of times, things will look worse in the process of making them better. Without fail, anytime I was concerned about the orientation of my teeth along the road of my treatment, Dr. Chen's knowledge proved itself. I began to trust that she knows what she is doing. I spent a big chunk of my life with crooked teeth and it has hindered my self-esteem. Now, I am out of braces and my confidence has had tremendous increase. I was called monkey face and horse teeth during my childhood, and now my smile is my best feature. Not only did she do an amazing job on my smile, she encouraged and motivated me. She helped me see the best in me. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. CHEN!!!!

I have to edit my review, yes she helped my daughter with the TMJ problem but she continued to add more items to the treatment (unnecessary) according to a second opinion. Additionally, this year has been the worst costumer service with the staff. Always different individuals, no response from the office. Beth, the financial assistant always has a bad attitude (always) she us rude and I just want my daughter to finish her treatment. I feel like the staff has no respect for Dr Chen's work. 2021 Thank you Dr Chen for helping my daughter with her TMJ pain. My daughter had her braces on back in 2018 at another orthodontics office and they had to be removed due to a sharp pain in her jaw. After taking my daughter to several places, someone recommended me to her clinic and after 8 months of treatment my daughter was pain free and now she finally has her braces on without pain. If you have a TMJ problem visit her office before paying someone else. I did not know what to expect but I am very pleased with the results.

Originally I was happy visiting this office but it took a turn right before I was supposed to receive my last set of retainers for Clear Correct. I was told I would get a call to setup my last appointment where I would receive my last set but I never heard back from anyone at the office. I called and asked about my retainers and for my final balance and was told I owed nothing and would get a call about my retainers. I heard nothing and got zero response when I'd ask about updates. Now, a year and half after my last appointment, I just got call that my "past due" balance was reported to a credit agency because I didn't pay it. This was out of nowhere because I was told my balance was $0 and I didn't owe any more the last time I spoke to someone in 2019. I called the office and they stated the payment was my last installment, which would cover my last set of retainers I NEVER received. I refused to pay as the service was never completed and they agreed to write off the balance but it's just ridiculous how they had all this time to reach out and I heard nothing from them. All they had to do was call me and setup my final appointment in 2019 or call and ask when I'd be making my final payment but instead they waited a year and a half and automatically reported to me to a creditor. I understand COVID delayed things but this was just ridiculous and unprofessional. I ended up having to pay out of poket at another dental office to complete treatment. Be careful going to this place.

My wife is a current patient of Dr. Chen; and I am a patient of another orthodontist having invisaligns. Actually based on my wife's poor experience I selected a better doctor who uses invisalign and saved my money. Although my wife had minor issues, after one year of being fully committed, she is not seeing any considerable improvements. Dr. Chen uses Clear Correct for aligners. For clear correct the orthodontist does not have to pay for the whole aligners required for treatment all at once. So, although my wife has paid almost the full amount of the treatment (more expensive than mine) now, she needs to beg Dr. Chen for every new set of trays. It has been times that she has asked my wife to wear the same tray for 10 weeks, which is ridiculous, since the aligners do not work after a two or three weeks. This also makes my pregnant wife have more visits to the clinic during the covid and gets her more exposed. However, Dr. Chen knows how to protect herself by making her sign a paper that if she is exposed during her office visit, it would be her responsibility. Overall, it was such a painful experience for my wife to work with this dishonest doctor who plays hundreds of tricks to save cent by cent on her own.

I had braces with Dr. Chen and my experience was fantastic. Her staff is very accommodating and nice. Dr. Chen exhudes professionalism and is very detail-oriented. She will be honest with you and make sure your pretty smile meets her high standards. I am very happy with my results and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Dr Chen is a consummate professional. She has treated both my wife and my niece. My wife Is very pleased with the treatment and she has achieved the results she sought. Also, Dr Chen's staff is helpful and efficient and works to accommodate my wife's busy schedule!

BEST STAFF EVER! Every single one of the ladies are just so sweet, always smiling, and so knowledgeable and good at what they do! I trust them completely with the care of my oldests smile. Dr.Chen is compassionate and very knowledgeable, and willing to work with you on treatment plans...we visited 2 other orthodontics before coming here and it was hands down the best choice , we wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

My son has been a patient here and is very squeamish when it comes to anyone medical professional going near his mouth. Dr. Chen's staff are very warm and inviting. They have made him feel comfortable and at ease when it comes to having work done where needed. Thank you for taking such good care of him! You guys are the best by far!

We visited 3 different orthodontists prior to choosing the doctor for our 2 children. Dr. Chen and her staff are attentive and respond fast. She comes across as a very compassionate and knowledgeable physician.

I enjoy our visits each time. They crew is very welcoming and always make daughter feel excited about the out come. They are very understanding and work with you no matter the problem. I would suggest that anyone that wants a great smile and have pure honesty, Wendy Chen is the way to go.
