I HATE to write bad reviews but this morning I left really disappointed with my child who didn't get in because after 30 minutes of being at the lobby waiting he did not get called in- I had to cancel the appointment and get back to work and my child needed to be at school- it's sad to say this but its not the first time it happens and we also arrived 15 minutes before the appointment to avoid waiting time. Sadly looking for a new dentist for my kids.

They are literally the best dentist in the whole wide world and that I've ever seen for children and this is no word of a lie whatsoever .my kids love it and I love it they're wonderful dentist the treat kids the way the kids want to be treated they're very caring and understanding very patient and respectful and they do a great job and everything that they do. And as for the Dental assistance they're all so wonderful as well, and they treat kids with caring and understanding and they all understand that kids are scared and it's just such a wonderful place I would recommend the dental Village to anybody and guarantee they would be happy and so are their children if they went there they're its just honestly such a wonderful place and everything I'm saying is the honest truth they're just great. I would definitely definitely recommend them to anybody because they are honestly honestly THE ABSOLUTE THE BEST....

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly caring with everyone-especially the children! The decor is very whimsical and relaxing. The facility is immaculately clean and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure everyone's comfort. They even sent me with waters and crackers for my 5 kids and I for the drive home! Dr. Matt did a beautiful job saving my daughter from a full root canal by cleaning the tooth out carefully and meticulously thereby preserving her roots for her future oral health and vitality! Thank you Dr. Matt and Wenatchee Dental Village from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my precious girl!!!!!

Sat for an hour and a half for my 9 month old son's appointment. Then a few weeks later my 8 year old son had an appointment. They lady led us to the back while asking us how our day was and then as soon as I sat down the nurse told me that parents are not allowed to be in the back. Poor communications with this place.

My daughter has been coming here since she was 6 months old. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, dental assistants and dentists. It is literally like Christmas day when I tell my daughter her dental appointment is coming up.

First off, this place and the people that work here are AMAZING! I've always had bad experiences with dentists and these people were EXTREMELY respectful with my past dentist trauma. They found ways to work around my issues and now I will always recommend them. Thank you to every single soul that works here, you guys are awesome!!!!!

I have been taking my children since 2005 and I've always experience great service and the Dr's are great with children! Love the staff it's good to see commited and caring staff members and my kids love them too !
