I am consistently impressed with every visit; the staff, technicians, and dentists always ensure our appointment goes as smoothly as possible. Everyone is friendly, and they manage to keep the constant flow of children in and out of the exam rooms and chairs barely noticeable, which is an amazing feat since they're always busy! Everything appears clean, and everyone there seems to genuinely love working with kids. My daughter loves going here (the indoor treehouse doesn't hurt)!!!

We love Wenatchee Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Ping is always wonderful, professional, has the answers to all of our questions and most importantly makes the kids laugh - the kids are hug fans! Beautiful, clean facility, wonderful staff - the kids always feel comfortable while they are in the patient chair and look forward to their next visit.

Loved everything about this office! My little toddler is in a rough stage where brushing and flossing isn't her favorite but the assistant and Dr were great! Also, my 9 year old had some work done and the team did great to help her get comfortable and leave a happy camper! Thanks!

Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The dentist amnd the assistant were great with my son. He has diagnosed l3 autism and SPD with lots of anxiety over dr. And Dentist. BUT he did amazing and I can only attribute that to the treatment he got as soon as we walked in. So kid friendly they play and are sensitive. We need more of that

This is the absolute best children's dentist in the valley. My son's teeth were going down hill as fast as they were coming in. I set up an appointment here and received the best care for him. I am a first time mom and when the lady checking his teeth started to tell me what all needed to be done to my 2 year olds teeth, i had a melt down thinking it was something i did wrong as a parent. She was quick to explain that was not the case. It was case by an underlining condition. My son had to have oral surgery done and had to be put under. I was so scared for my baby to be put under Anastasia but they were very caring and reassuring about all of it. I wasn't allowed to be in the room with him while they did the procedure but they were very quick to go back and check on him anytime I asked them to. Then returning and giving me a very detailed update and remaining time till they were done. If you have littles and are looking for a good dentist that you can trust, this is the place!

My son went in to have some cavities filled and they told him he had to wear the gas which it is a choice and wasn't needed for anxiety. Also he voice concerns about a mermaid tail hurting in his mouth and was told he needed to tough it out. He is 13 and old enough to know what hurts and able to hold his mouth open if needed.
