This place treats their customers like trash! Horrible bedside manner. His wife who is his secretary and office manager is even worse with very rude attitude. We left our home early to be there on time but the front door was locked, and the lights inside turned off! Rang the door bell with no answer. Called the office couple times and wife picked up, she didn't apologize and said they went to pick up their kids from school and to wait. waited and waited. Dr. Liu finally came and unlocked the front door with no hi and no smile. We felt very disrespected and un-welcomed. Told his wife that it was not right that they didn't even tell us they had the office locked and were running late. I can't believe Dr. Liu's wife started arguing with me saying it was not a big deal. I told her it wouldn't have been a big deal if we were informed. But she continued to argue. so we just left. This really shows you how unprofessional and unethical this place is. This is not how you treat your customers.

The best doctor ever. I was so scared to go the dentist. But not anymore. Thanks to Dr Wen-hui Liu. I rate him A++++

Dr. Liu is a great dentist. He has been taking care of my family for years. I had emergency a couple of times and called his office. He went out his way to see me right away. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a very competent dentist

I am happy that Dr. Liu did four successful dental implants for me. I have heard horror stories about serious infections caused by improper sterilisation or failure of surgery due to inaccurate diagnoses. Dr. Liu got accurate X-ray readings, and patiently explained the procedure and answered my questions. During surgery he was very confident and efficient, backed by his long years of experience, up-to-date knowledge and good equipment.

Dr Liu is very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I like the way he showed me images of my major dental issues and how he was going to fix them. I am very impressed when he called me right back about my post visit issue on a Saturday when I just texted him. Also a big thank you to the friendly staff.
