I did a dental consultation for wisdom teeth removal with wen, when I made reservation, they said consultation cost was $193 but my insurance would cover 80%. But after my consultation, they told me my insurance didn't cover that, I need to pay full $193!! Not recommend! the cost to remove 4 wisdom teeth is around 5k by the way...

I had my wisdom teeth extraction here. I went through general anesthesia to remove 4 teeth at once. And one of my teeth is growing horizontally. The procedure went fast and smoothly. They provided very detailed and clear post-surgery instruction, which was really helpful. What surprised me was that my face doesn't swell at all!!! I can almost eat normally within a week. Thank you so much Doctor! I would highly recommend anyone to have wisdom extraction here!

I had planned a sinus lift with Dr Fan, but we had an emergency a day before. Me and my wife showed up regardless, since I was fasting and was already on antibiotics 2 days before the procedure. We told the front desk about our family emergency and wanted to talk to him about the possibility of breaking down the procedure into two sittings, since we were dealing with other things back home. The Dr refused to even talk to us, let alone do part of the procedure. The worst part was that the front desk was super unwelcoming and unfriendly and even told us that the "doc is very upset with you and doesn't want to talk to you". It was appalling that the doc threw a tantrum because we changed the treatment plan due to a family emergency and we had to walk out without the procedure. I don't want to rate the doc for his competence( he maybe good... I did not get treated by him) but surely the bedside manner was very bad and I have never come across such an unempathetic doctor before.

Dr. Fan and his office are experienced, professional, friendly and well versed in oral surgery. They made me feel comfortable, gave the time to answer my questions, and mostly importantly provided me excellent treatment.

My boyfriend and I removed 4 wisdom teeth under general anesthesia this week here. It's amazing because I heard from my friends that it would hurt and swell badly. But both of us are good. We don't feel hurt and only have a slightly swell. Both of us are able to back to work the next day after removing teeth. Be sure to follow all the instructions especially to apply ice bag and to take medicine. This is definitely a very good experience and I would recommend this doctor to my friends.

Went there for a wisdom tooth removal consultation, they told me my x-ray is too old that I have to take a new one, but fail to let me know that my insurance would not cover it due to it is too frequent, so I have to pay out-of-pocket for an x-ray.

Do not recommend this dentist's office,their tooth extraction fee and tooth implantation fee are much more higher then other dental offices. I spent $1200 copay + insurance for the tooth extraction in spring of 2020, some charges are unreasonable, I should complain for their unreasonable charges. And they give me almost $8000 quote for only one tooth implantation. I give up my tooth implantation in this office and choose another dentist which I only spend $2000 + insurance.

I had my wisdom tooth removed here. Dr. Cheng was very patient throughout the process, explaining the risks and answering my questions. The office staff has been amazing as well, accommodating last minute changes to my operation and scheduling. The operation itself went very smoothly. The tooth was expertly extracted such that I had minimal swelling and no need for pain meds. Would definitely come back again if I have more wisdom teeth :P or need to undergo major oral surgery.

I had gone in for a consultation, x-rays, removal of wisdom teeth. Everything seemed to have gone smoothly. Had made several attempts and follow-ups throughout the preliminary stages to the final stages to ensure that after my insurance is verified and calculated what my out-of-pocket expenses would be. They ensured that the estimate that they provided me would be what my expected expenses will be. After having all the work done, lo and behold...I receive a bill for a balanced due. Even after paying the balance in full for each of the steps along the process with the expectation that what they provided me to be my complete out-of-pocket expense would be. I receive a bill for a balanced due, and my heart sinks. I had done all that I could to avoid having any surprise bills. After speaking with one very apthetic reception person, she could have cared less at my frustrations, I felt even worse about the whole situation. I did my best to express my frustrations and surprise at receiving anything for the procedure because I had made it a point to pay off any of the balances left uncovered by my insurance. Very unprofessional, it was very apparent that when I had followed-up with them about the status of my insurance and the procedure that I was having done...they had just blown me off and did not bother to follow-up and confirm so that I would have an accurate balance reflecting my coverage. I would not recommend this place if you prefer to know what you are expected to pay and what the complete costs for your work will be. BUT, if you like negative surprises and expenses...then this is definitely the place for you! :D Sincerely, A very disappointed and discouraged patron

Good experience. People are patient and excellent and friendly. I removed my wisdom teeth. Just like fall asleep and everything is done. I would recommend here:)
