It was my first visit to this clinic, though I am a long time patient of Dr. Crouch and Kathy. The clinic is state of the art but more importantly the care by everyone from Stacy to Kathy to Dr. Crouch was outstanding.

Dr Crouch is simply my hero She explained things so well She kept me out of pain for multiple extractions and same day dentures I dont feel judged. I feel nothing but her total attention and care Her staff is so supportive and wonderful too I'm so grateful that Tammy recommended her

I had an cleaning schedule on 7/16/2021. Madison did great job on her tasks. Then Dr. Marberger did some fillings on my two teeth. He tried the second time to finish my upper tooth. He did the another one just one time. I had a feeling not really good. Yes. It was true. One of my fiilings was off after 10 days when I flossed it. I am definitely disappointed about his job. I would have put one , but I appreciated for Medison, so I can give 3 stars. I hope they should know what they need to improve their business by good caring of all customers. I changed to 5 stars today because I have visited here recently, and Medison has taken care my cleaning very well. Especially, Dr. Crouch provided me a good advice for root canal to save my gowing damaged tooth under the bridge. She still reminded to call her if I got any issue with my insurance as well. Hope WellSmiles have some employees like Dr. Crouch and Medison who always make patient feel comfortable and reliable.

Dr. Crouch & Robert are the Micheal Jordan & Scottie Pippen of dentistry! I have seen them a few times over the past year and every experience has left me very impressed. The entire staff front to back is extremely professional and knowledgeable and Dr Crouch is just top notch! Thank you for everything!

Well Smiles is the best dental office because Dr. Crouch is a fantastic dentist and Lindsay is such an excellent hygienist! They are so attentive and personable and do an absolute thorough job of cleaning and taking care of my family's teeth. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Heather Crouch is amazing! She spent time with me without making us feel rushed. She has a wonderful way of explaining her treatment plan ideas and helped us to feel right at ease. This was my first visit to WellSmiles. I left feeling like I had a complete exam, cleaning and now know next steps to treat my teeth. All staff members were pleasant and welcoming. The office was clean and orderly. The wait time for my apppointment was very minimal. Great job!

I had a great experience at WellSmiles. Lynsey and Dr. Crouch provided great care when I went for my appointment. Lynsey is very knowledgeable and was able to help me better understand everything I needed to know about my oral hygiene.
