I feel very blessed to be practicing dentistry in Spanish Fork. My roots run very deep here. My great-great grandfather was one of the original 6 families to settle Spanish Fork. My Grandfather began his practice of dentistry here in 1912. There has been a member of my family practicing dentistry here for over 100 years.
My wife, Denielle, and I have loved raising our 4 children here in this wonderful community. My two daughters are dental hygienists and my oldest son graduated from dental school last May and is serving in the United States Air Force. I have wonderful staff who care for our patients in such a loving and kind way. They make my coming to work something I enjoy and I am sure you would too!
I studied at Utah Valley University before transferring to dental hygiene school, at the Utah College of Dental Hygiene, to pursue my passion. I graduated with a bachelors degree and with honors in 2009. I am a selected member of the National Dental Hydiene Hone Society, Sigma Phi Alpha, and I am the recipient of the Compassion in Dental Hygiene award from UCDH. I genuinely care for every patient, and make it my priority to provide each patient with the individual care and treatment they need to achieve optimal oral health.
In my free time, I can often be found enjoying a good book, writing creative stories, watching movies, singing along with my favorite music and enjoying a healthy dose of celebrity gossip. My favorite moments, however, are when I am spending time with my husband and daughter.
I was born & raised in Spanish Fork, Utah. I have lived here my whole life. I am married to a wonderful man. We have two daughters & four granddaughters. I have worked with Dr. Brockbank since he started his practice 30 years ago.

I used to like this place a lot, I thought it was a good place and a good doctor, but after having some work done, I don't feel so good I had some work done in different times, the last time I had the doctor cleaning a molar and after a few days the filling came off, I went to ask them to fixed them but he they didn't pay attention even if I was showing them the big hole I had, they kept working in other areas even if I was telling them I had a hole and I needed them to fixed it. I got tired and I went to a different doctor I was so angry and frustrated, everything the new doctor pointed to be wrong and needed to be fixed were the things that Dr. Brockbank just barely did a few months before, the New doctor was surprised of how bad was the work done. Now I am still paying for all the work Dr. Brockbank did, and I am paying the new doctor to fixed it. I lost a molar because of the hole I had. having to pay for a really bad work still, make me really mad, because even if I pay them little by little the work was done really bad. Another doctor just told my daughter about a teeth Dr. Brockbank did and told her the filling is coming off and she is getting a really bad teeth so now 2 different dentists are criticisms his work even if they don't know who is the doctor that did it. I still have about 2000 dollars to pay I feel I shouldn't have to pay for but I am still paying 7800 is what it cost me to fixed all his work and loosing my molar was the worst. I would never come here again.

I have been going to Brockbank for years. Being 63 I can honestly say growing up in Ireland living in Vegas. Southern Utah Now Spanish Fork He is the best Dentist I have ever been too Gentle always friendly remembers you individualize you My favorite Dentist in my life's histroy. Thank you

My wife and I have been going here for over 10 years. They are great, the dental hygienist remember me every time (they always put me with the same one) and the doctor comes in and is always nice and remembers me as well. They always do their best to work with my schedule and go the extra mile to make things easy! If we have to come back for extra work it's done well, and we appreciate them! They always do a great job, from the cleaning to any other work that needs done! We are lifetime patients here and appreciate Dr. Brockbank and his staff so much!

Came to have second opinions for two of my children, and grateful to have Dr Brockbank give me an honest assessment of my children's dental health. Ultimately my children didn't have cavities, although the prior dentist at another clinic told me they did, and Dr Brockbank saved me over $500 and helped my children avoid the discomfort of undergoing unnecessary dental work.

My experience was very positive!! The staff, dental assistant and Dr. Brockbank were all very professional, courteous and prompt. I was very pleased with Dr. Brockbank's repair of my chipped tooth. The bite was very good afterwards and the appearance was excellent in my option. I highly recommend Dr. Brockbank's dental office.
