Worst place ever. I scheduled behavioral phone calls (they are not doing in person appointments) and the counselor Marie wouldn't talk to me because I was not "physically parked" somewhere in RI to talk to her. Weeks prior to this call, I was reminded about the appointment, to which I assumed everything was all set. My time and energy was wasted waiting for this appointment. This happened again after rescheduling with another counselor dr.Hershey. 30 minutes discussing demographic information and telling me my panic attacks weren't legit and just wanting to put me on medication. Both counselors were extremely rude with the brief interactions. and so was the secretary taking phone calls since I had to reschedule multiple times. Don't waste your money or time with people who aren't willing to help and don't care about your wellbeing.

Well One is great, they do what they can to help people get the care they need with low costs and a reduced fee program. My only complaint is that the dentists are always coming and going so you never get to keep your dentist for very long and because of this its hard to be comfortable during visits especially if you have fear and anxiety of the dentist. Being used to your dentist and trusting them is key to lowering your anxiety and fear.

Very professional, friendly and informative dental care. This was my first time there. From the minute I walked in the door, staff was friendly and professional. Like allot of people, I dread the dentist visit. Every minute of the way everything was explained to me in detail. The exam was the most comprehensive and detailed exam I have ever had. My dental visit phobia is now gone. They truly care about the patient and its clear they love there profession.

online says open at 9 call during the week they answer at 8:30 call today says open apparently Friday is different and answers at 9:30 . Please update your information, very misleading

Can't say enough good things about this dental office. Had me in to pull a infected tooth, set me up with a complete plan for my problems. Full exam, cleaning, take care of cavities and then a partial for my two front teeth which I lost in a car accident. Very professional. Got me in to pull my infected tooth immediately. Very nice people, very clean. All they ask is that you show up to your appointments and they take care of the rest. Thank you so much Well One...

Bad people, bad place. They refused to give me a COVID test even though I might have been exposed. I guess they don't care if a younger person gets the virus, only the older people

Avoid them like the plague! They don't care about you. 5 months in, they keep changing my appointment. I get on the phone with a rude receptionist who keeps cutting me off mid-sentence. Now she is cancelling and not rescheduling at all. Doesn't want to hear that I'm in pain and have been patient and dealing with it for 5 months already! But not to worry! She will put a star next to my name! Maybe they will call me back later in the summer. And I've got killer dental coverage! Doesn't matter. I thought about complaining to an administrator but thought better. If I conducted my own business like this, I'd be out of business. I wouldn't go here now if they paid ME! And let's talk about my girlfriend. Loyal with every appointment for 11 years!!! Breaks a molar and not only will they not see her, when she finally gets a doctor on the phone after days of trying the doctor blows her off! She went elsewhere and got immediate help. Talked to a doctor and went in first thing the next morning. You should be ashamed WellOne!

They tend to cancel and change your appointments without telling you. Can never schedule an appropriate appointment because they're always "booked out" months in advance no matter who you have. Rarely answer phones when you try to call in. Just severely disappointed in the system honestly. The workers treat you as expected when you're there but nothing special. Probably going to transfer somewhere else soon.

Does anyone else have issues with the receptionist at every Well One office?! I use both Foster and Pascoag and every time I call to make an appointment or have questions they seem rude to me! Like they are annoyed to me assisting me with my Healthcare needs! So far I have no issues with my actual doctors, but the receptionist ruin every interaction I have with Well One....
