Dr. Pringle is excited about dentistry and strives to provide the best quality services you can find anywhere. Dr. Pringles background in the arts like watercolor painting, charcoal drawing, acrylic painting, sculpting, and oil painting give him a great foundation to provide functional and beautiful dental work. With his undergraduate education in Neuroscience and a Doctorate in Dentistry, he has a deep pool of knowledge to draw from and realizes that he has a unique position as a dentist to see a wide range of people with all sorts of different health histories, and to make sure that each patient has a personalized treatment based on their health and needs.

Growing up, Dr. Pringle had a very big fear of the dentist. This first hand knowledge of what fear and anxiety at the dentist feels like led Dr. Pringle to take a residency in Moderate IV Sedation, Pill Sedation and Laughing Gas anxiety relief. Many fearful patients are now able to take that first step towards their dental health and gain back the trust in a dentist that was stolen from them years ago. Any treatment can be provided with a SAFE sedation technique and patients can experience what anxiety free dentistry is really like. Many patients soon find themselves only needing Laughing Gas for procedures that they would have earlier needed a heavy sedation to withstand. Trust is paramount, and Dr Pringle and his staff will help you feel that trust again.

Dr. Pringle not only does traditional dentistry like white fillings, crowns, bridges and root canals, he has expanded his education over the years and is able to provide his patients with a wide range of services, all under one roof.

Dr. Pringle is always staying abreast of the latest tech in dentistry and strives to keep his office modern and his skills sharp. But the most important thing to know about Dr. Pringle is that HE CARES. He will take the time to get to know you and your kids (ask for a balloon animal). He wants to know about your horrible dental experience, so that he can avoid any similar experiences. He will see you if there is an emergency on the weekend. He wants your teeth to be healthy and he wants to see a smile on your face.

You may be familiar with the traditional method of getting crowns. Its a two to three week process of getting the impression made, having a temporary inserted, and finally fitting and placing the permanent crown. If the crown doesnt fit just right, the crown is returned to the lab and the procedure starts all over again!

Fortunately, dental technology has changed all this and our patients in Wellington, Colorado can enjoy CEREC, same-day crowns. With Wellington Family Dentistry, your CEREC dentist in Wellington, you can now have a perfect-fitting crown that looks natural and functions like a real tooth. With CEREC technology, our Wellington office can create a permanent crown in just a few minutes!

Using the CEREC in-house computer-aided design system, we can mill and produce the crown with astonishing accuracy and speed. No more waiting and return trips to the dentist. The entire process takes only about an hour and a half. You no longer have to endure the time and inconvenience of an impression, a temporary, or a second visit; and the crown is cosmetically perfect and functionally satisfying. Dr. David Pringle stains and paints each crown to your unique tooth characteristics. He is an accomplished artist in his own right and applies his skills and aesthetic eye to create a perfect crown for you.

The restoration begins with a special HD scan of your teeth; then it is shown on our computer screen. From this image, Dr. Pringle designs the crown and the CEREC system creates it, perfectly. The new crown is bonded to the surface of the tooth and the procedure is completed.

A childs proper dental hygiene begins in infancy. It is important to know that tooth decay in small children can advance very rapidly, so it is important that you give them proper dental care beginning in their infancy.

Did you know that tooth decay is the most common chronic childhood disease? Tooth decay leads to infected or abscessed teeth, causing them severe pain and resulting in lost sleep, missed school, and possible visits to the emergency room. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry has set the standard of asking all parents to create a dental-aware home for their child(ren) by no later than 12 months of age. By making visits to a dentist early in their lives, your children will become used to seeing the dentist; it will allow you to keep any teeth that might have cavities from becoming too far decayed, and it will help to keep you, as the parent, abreast of important dental hygiene needs.

Before you put your infant to bed, we recommend that you wipe your childs mouth with a damp cloth to remove milk, juice or any other sweetened liquid that will leave a residue on your childs gums, resulting in early tooth decay. Do not put your child to bed with a sippy cup or bottle because this will leave a sugary residue on their gums or teeth. The sugars in the formula, milk, or juice remain in contact with the babys teeth for many hours during the night or naptime, and this can cause rapid tooth decay.

As soon as your child begins teething, establish the practice of brushing twice a day. This will instill good dental habits into your childs routine. Start by using a toothbrush with soft-bristles. You can start with just water or toothpaste that does not contain any fluoride. You can begin using fluoride when your child is old enough to spit. Water contains different levels of fluoride depending on where you live, so we recommend that you consult with Dr. Pringle to determine if an added supplement of fluoride is needed for your child.

As you might expect, being patient while teaching your child to brush is important. They may throw a fit and cry when you try and brush their teeth, but be patient and gently persistent and you will prevail.

I am one of those people that would rather drill my big toe then go to the dentist. Dr Pringle has cured these fears. He is the kindest and most professional dentist I have ever been to in all my 59 years! His staff is also very professional and so very kind and understand the fears some people have. I can't recommend them highly enough! I can finally go and get my dental work done without the high anxiety! Thank you Dr. Pringle & Staff. You truly are the best!

I've been to countless dentists, as I suppose most people have, but none of them can hold a candle to the expertise, craftsmanship, quality, and care that I experienced here. The dentist performed a 3D scan of my mouth, formulated a plan to address all of the issues, and completed those tasks in the most painless manner that I've ever experienced. The dental office has some of the most high tech, leading edge equipment right on site. So what normally has a weeks long turn-around can be performed in the same office visit. 1000% recommend Wellington Family Dentistry.

Ive had some bad experiences with dentists, but I really appreciated my initial visit. They repaired a cracked filling, and I was very nervous about the numbing. The assistant, Kateri, was so patient and sat with me while they numbed me with gel prior to the needle. It really helped my anxiety. Also, that was one of the smoothest and easiest fillings Ive ever had done.

When I was 14, I had a bad experience at the dentist. It took my over 16 years to get the courage to even walk through the door of a dentist office. I have had nothing less than great experiences here from the front desk, assistants, hygienist, and dentist's. Dr. Pringle even gave my smile a whole new look with a little filing on my front tooth today

I love Wellington Family Dentistry! The front desk staff is welcoming and the atmosphere of the office is clean and cozy. Brittany is amazing, very gentle with cleanings, and also very knowledgable and fun to chat with. Dr. Pringle is a great dentist and also hilarious, which is especially helpful if you're nervous about dental procedures. I appreciate how straightforward he is with treatment options for the health and appearance of your teeth. It is clear that he cares about matching you with the best treatment for YOU, not just giving a generic solution or pushing the most expensive option.

My mom and dad first told me about wellington family dentistry and why i needed to go there and i certainly have no regrets on going!!! I have been a patient for at least 10 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Nicole has always done my teeth cleaning. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Nicole is very gentle when working in your mouth so you don't get that very uncomfortable feeling when you get worked on! Some dentists don't offer anything you could do differently to improve how you take care of your teeth. These guys don't hesitate to tell you and I have been getting better results because of it! Dr. Pringle and Dr. Martin have both been very knowledgeable and friendly as well as the front office staff! Thanks Wellington family dentistry!!! I will be referring friends and family to go here!

Great dentist. Very professional and they get the work done fast and it's done well, which is very much appreciated as I don't like being in the dentists chair for very long. Will recommend to my friends and family.

I called today to get an appointment with Dr. Pringle as my father started seeing him and my father has great things to say. They had a cancellation and could get me in today at 3pm with the other doctor so I took the appointment. I made sure to leave my job in Fort Collins by 2:20 to get to my appointment early enough to fill out new patient paperwork. I had all the paperwork completed before 3pm. I sat in the lobby until 3:30 before I finally walked out. The front desk staff was friendly but it is truly unbelievable to me that not a single front desk staff had the customer service skills to let me know the doctor was running so late and at least ask if I could continue waiting or offer to reschedule my appointment. That's all it would have taken as I understand things come up and people run behind. I took time off work to make sure I was on time and had time to do the paperwork so it would have been nice to get the same respect back and someone just let me know. Basic customer service in my mind, and I work at a doctors office... customer and patients time is also valuable but maybe not at Wellington Family Dentistry.

By far the best dental experience I've ever had. Never had to sit in the waiting room wondering when they were gonna finally come get me, (like every other dentist I'd been to). The staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Pringle worked with me to find the best path to resolve my dental issues. He always took the time to explain the process and didnt try to hurry me through, making sure it was done right. He really cares about the work he is performing. My implants turned out amazing! If dental procedures make you nerveous, and the costs frighten you as well, look no further. Dr.Pringle saved me thousands and the end result was I got my smile back. A big thanks to the team at Wellington family dentistry! You guys Rock!

I was calling with some simple questions regarding implants and was greeted by a receptionist who obviously had a bad weekend. She was rude, condescending and very unhelpful. They had good prices compared to others around the others but I would rather pay a little more than to deal with her for setting up appointments and making payments.

I had an emergency with a molar last week. My previous dentist was nearly impossible to contact at any time so I went to the next closest office in wellington, Wellington Family Dentistry. They were able to get me in within a few minutes of walking in for an x-ray and consultation. Although they could not treat me the same day due to a full schedule, they gave me all the necessary items to get me through comfortably until I got in a few days later. The scheduled visit was very prompt and moved at a comfortable pace. I was well taken care of by both the dentist and all of his staff. I am definitely changing my family over to Wellington Family Dentistry after this experience!
