The Hygienist was new during cleaning so many times she hard my gum, and (that pipe take the water away from my mouth )that was all the way in my mouth l about to get choke. Iam kind of miss my previous Hygienist. But l love my Doctor (Yann)he is the best doctor he is really smart and polite

I went here for a few fillings with Dr. Swanson for my first visit & left satisfied. I came back for my upper wisdom tooth extractions. I really like the owner doctor, Dr. Yan. The anesthesia process went soo smooth & my extraction did not hurt at all. He didn't introduce himself but that's fine! His work speaks for himself. Very professional & straight to the point. I just asked the assistant for his name.. the assistant was very kind, they gave me a stress ball to hold during the procedure. The hygiene side is very booked up so it may be hard to get a cleaning. Customer service side is okay nice people, nothing bad to say here. I will be returning for a cleaning in a few months.

While the staff is friendly and the entire area is kept clean, the doctor just entirely messed up my entire mouth from the previous times i went to go for a visit. They claimed I needed more than fillings and proceeded to drill my entire set of teeth down and shaved down teeth that didn't even need it. before I even went in for the first appointment, my mouth was not sensitive nor hurt as much, but after the final appointment? My teeth have become increasingly painful and more sensitive, they claimed it was just sensitivity and I didn't need more treatment but I know very well what they did to my mouth and I know very well what my body is telling me. They made unnecessary appointments and they kept prodding and "fixing" areas that didn't need fixing. Not to mention I had gotten a crown here years ago that the doctor messed up which is now causing me problems. The entire team is unfortunately unprofessional and I highly suggest any new patients to save their time and look for another practice.

The stuff has been great! I was a client of this dental for 2 years. However they charged me 45$ for missing an appointment, which I did not know I had since they had been sending text messages to random number. They admitted mistake on their end, but I still had to pay 45$. Will I go back - I don't know , let's see what response I will get here ...

Refused to do the cleaning claiming I needed a deep cleaning. Went to another dentist who had much lower gum measurements and they did cleaning juat fine. They still charged my insurance as an 'exam' so I had to pay out of pocket at another dentist since they used up my appointment claim.

This place is extremely clean, they follow all the Covid guidelines, staff is very friendly, good customer service, the lady who worked on me her name Cynthia made me feel comfortable about the deep cleaning that needed to be done. She also gave some educational tips on how important it is for us not to skip our dental cleanings during this pandemic because the bacteria starts in your mouth . So people don't be scared to go the dentist ! It's ok all that bacteria just chilling in your mouth will lower your immune system! plus they don't pack people in the waiting room either they limit their patients. Highly recommended this place.

I'm not sure which doctor I saw today as he didn't even introduce himself. When I go to new doctors I look for someone that's kind, patient and caring. This doctor was very impersonal. He was very passive about my concerns regarding my dental care. I would have considered returning and trying one of the other doctors however he is the only one that does ortho. The dental assistant however was very friendly and compassionate and so was the office staff. I wish I would have received this same treatment from the doctor.

This office is a very nice and well kept. At first my experience was good but a little off though because I went while I was 9 months pregnant because my teeth had been bothering me. I had a cleaning in which only took 15 minutes which was very odd to me. They told me I had over 6 cavities which of course you can imagine freaked me out I haven't had cavities in almost 15 years and I make it appointment to not doing anything that would give me cavities. Anyways, after I gave birth I went back to have my cavities filled. I had one side done and they had to put in the insurance request for the other side. Luckily my insurance wouldn't cover the rest. So fast forward to the part where I am on a new insurance and I went to the dentist in which I've been going to since I was 4 years old (very trusted.) expressed my concerns on how I have cavities and I'm afraid they've gotten worse. So we do the whole work up of X-rays and so forth to only find out I DON'T HAVE ANY CAVITIES. NONE. Not even a sign of cavities. My dentist said he gets this so often, patients come in for a second opinion and are told how they were lied to. It is insane! Something felt off about this dental practice but I couldn't put my finger on it until today. How do they sleep at night knowing they are taking patients money based off of lies!

Came in today for an appointment requested by the dentist's office. I was told I needed to come in to get something else that was missed the previous day. The front desk lady was really rude, first she asked if I had an appointment. I told I did that the office had called yesterday to come in. She then asked if I had called before coming into the office because of COVID they want all patients to wait in the car, call before they come in to the office to make sure they are ready for you. I have been to the office numbers of time for myself and for my mom and they have not reinforced the policy until now. After I told her that I was not told of the procedure she said all future appointments need to be called in from the car before you can come in to the office. She then proceeded to tell me to sit in the far end of the office and that someone would came and check my temperature. All other staff are nice and cordial but this particular lady speaks to you like she's bother by you being there. I will bring it up to the dentist's attention on my next visit. She does not make the patients feel welcome which is a shame because the dental staff is great.
