Be cautious if you seek treatment here - Dr. Mauck does not adhere to COVID-19 protocols as he believes it to be a hoax. I'm sure there are other, safer options if you need care during this pandemic. Be well!

Had a wonderful experience here. Today I got two wisdom teeth removed and the process was very easy. The front desk staff were all very kind, working hard to get me in as soon as possible and keeping me well informed. They also made sure to put together a plan that would keep me in range of my Care Credit limit. It's rare to find an office that cares that much. Love that group of ladies! Dr. Mauck is a no nonsense man who knows his stuff and is straight to the point. Doesn't waste any time or sugarcoat things. Felt very safe in his care. I am so beyond happy I found this place. Thanks to everyone who helped to make this happen. Also, lots of bonus points for the beautiful office. The colors schemes, decorations, and overall look of it make this office super comfortable. I felt at ease here. Thank you again to Dr. Mauck and his awesome, well trained team. You guys helped me when nobody else could!

Staff was great. Very friendly, and showed concern. Office is inviting and clean. I recently relocated to GA and visiting FL returning 2 days later. I had a severe toothache that could not wait and Office was able to take me in immediately same day. They extracted 2 teeth (#1 & #16) done effortlessly. Surgeon seem very comfortable at what he does. The process was quick and painless. I would definitely refer this place considering the experience I had.

Be very careful of the hidden fees the day of the wisdom tooth surgery. I was told $350 copay and the day of the surgery they want $600 after; my son when inside to get the wisdom surgery done. they want $250 more or they will stop the procedure. As father what you going to tell my son. after waiting 4 weeks for approval and 2 weeks for an appointment. All they said was sorry, we didn't summit the paper work properly to the insurance company, so they mistake, but I, the patient paid for they mistake. when I called and when in person to the office to get the quote price so I can get the money for this day. Unexpected fee, last minutes. I'm very disappointed of the incompetent of the staff and clinic. I will not recommended to anyone. Definible is not the best way to make new patients.
