I was first drawn to the idea of becoming a dentist because I come from a family of healthcare providers, and I knew from my early childhood that one great healthcare professional can make all the difference in the lives of so many people.
When I was putting dedicated consideration into what area of healthcare I would pursue at the end of my undergraduate studies, I knew that I wanted to focus on a specialty that would give more people an opportunity to have a longer and healthier life.
It was notable that few people were aware of the power and control they would have over their personal wellness if they simply had a dentist who was willing to look at their health as a whole when rendering treatment.
My practice is a place that is entirely focused on the client experience, and it is so important to me that I build in enough time for everyone to feel appreciated. I have expertise in solving even the most complex cases and finding real solutions for those who come to my office.
It is critical that no aspect of any client visit is rushed and that everyone feels that their concerns and aspirations have been fully considered while they are with myself and my team. It is through listening to clients that we are able to find solutions that give the opportunity for whole body wellness and truly transformative treatment.
I have always been inspired by the beauty and energy around me. It has been a source of true joy in my life to bring my education and experience to my clients best advantage when discussing individual health goals and developing fully customized treatment plans.
The developments that have been made in the areas of restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, intermuscular and dermal injectable therapy, orthodontics, digital smile design, major reconstructive case planning, dental sleep medicine, and interdisciplinary treatment planning have been the most fascinating and creatively satisfying for me.
I love that I can honestly say that my practice is so rewarding that I am able to consider other dental providers to be collaborators, not competitors. My only true competition is myself, and the challenge that I always look forward to is finding new ways to deliver world class care to my clients.
Many people of all ages have concerns about what treatment in any healthcare office will entail for them personally, and I remind my team that when you approach people with fellow feeling, you always get the best results.

I am a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry where I obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed an honors program at the esteemed Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry. I then received a certificate of Advanced Education in Aesthetic Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine through the Department of Prosthodontics.
It has been rewarding to complete thousands of hours of continuing education, as it has given me the unique ability to apply groundbreaking innovations to the fields of total healthcare championship and lifestyle dentistry.
My passion for consistently enhancing the core values of my practice has driven me to explore new ways to advocate for healthcare providers to endorse collaborative care for every client. It is incumbent upon each provider to honor and protect the sacred trust we are gifted with when clients choose to invest their confidence and confidentiality in us.
I am a proud ally of those who identify as LGBTQIA+, and , and I have dedicated much research into aiding transgender and non-binary clients in ensuring that they are able to enjoy appearing as the truest form of themselves. In developing a wealth of knowledge to help these lionhearted people, I have grown both professionally and personally, for which I am truly grateful.
My team and I are continually accepting opportunities to introduce globally inclusive social dialogue, supporting underserved or endangered citizens of the world, connecting with community leaders to enhance humanitarian projects, and demonstrating the power of integrative healthcare in the context of applied whole body, transformative wellness.
I recognize that pursuit of wellness and lifestyle enhancement is an arena in which many people feel that they have not been heard, nor their boundaries respected. My primary goal in beginning what will likely be a lifelong relationship with a client is to assure them that their experience and their trust is paramount.
I am deeply honored to support clients who are in various chrysalis-like phases of their lives. My hope is to expand upon the knowledge base that my team and I have at our fingertips to continue to provide those with whom we interact with an enhanced quality of life.
Erika is the chief administrator, marketing coordinator, guest experience executive, community outreach coordinator and executive assistant to Dr. Shruti Panjini. She holds degrees from Clark University and the University of Florida, as well as many professional certifications. Her experience as a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician brings a special touch to our private, spa inspired client experiences.
She is acutely focused on an array of client supportive disciplines including such demanding areas as financial responsibility coordination, immersive treatment plan production, and dental coding. Erika has spent many years studying the art of strategic wellness planning which she employs to creatively refine client experiences and the global presence of Wellesley Dental Studio on behalf of our vibrant and diverse clientele.
It is a point of pride for her that she personally assists our patients with their most challenging concerns. She sympathetically employs the sharp eye of a seasoned professional and the heart of a true friend. Erika has a dynamic understanding of all aspects of delivering a seamless client experience and is passionate about dentistrys role in whole body wellness.
Erika maintains and grows the partnerships that Wellesley Dental Studio enjoys with our unparalleled network of professionals: such as physical therapists, concierge internists, endocrine specialists, fertility consultants, plastic surgeons, personal stylists, and wellness practitioners. She believes that professional preeminence is centered in dedication to supporting our clients confidentiality, personal vitality and way of life.

Dr Panjini has done a considerable amount of dental treatment for me and I have always found her very caring, thorough, and a perfectionist. I find it extremely easy to contact the office. I send a text message and I receive a prompt reply when the office opens for business. They do their best to fit me in promptly and with great care.

Every time I have gone to Wellesley Dental Studio has been a very good experience. Dr. Panjini, Dr. Patrick, and Carolyn all exhibit extremely high levels of skill, care, and attention to detail. Each time I have found communication to be put at a premium, as well as considerable attention put towards allaying my fears and anxieties (I am always nervous about going to dentists).

OMG The service, staff, technology, equipment, and environment are 11/10!! Erika Lawless-Stoner is the practice coordinator and is the most personable, bright, helpful person ever, always somehow with positivity, love, and empathy. She goes out of her way to check in on clients, making sure we feel heard, connected, accommodated, safe, and so happy! Dr. Panjini is also a girl boss herself, very skilled and professional, always doing a thorough dentistry job and providing great service with a friendly personality too. I love these competent, driven, intelligent, kind women who make Wellesley Dental Studio so successful :) Thank you all for providing your clients with TOP NOTCH dental care plus more. I usually get anxious going to the doctors/dentist/obgyn because of the very sterile/somewhat uninviting and intimidating environment with sometimes curt, extremely professional staff, which do their jobs well, but it can feel stressful and uncomfortable for patients. Yet W Dental Studio is always incredibly clean, professional, AND personable, inviting, and comfortable. Does the job like an amazing dentist appointment does, but makes you feel great afterwards and look forward to the next visit like getting pampered with a fresh manicure does. It's worth the investment, if you're on the fence--do it, you won't regret it.

Wellesley Dental Studio was an outstanding dental experience. My dental journey over the last few months has been a bit tumultuous and finding Wellesley Dental allowed me to breathe a sigh of sweet relief. From the moment I made contact with them, I knew I was in good hands. The front desk receptionist, Erica went above and beyond, finding me a convenient appointment time and helping me navigate a headache of insurance trouble. Walking into the office I was greeted with beautiful, modern decor and the most heavenly scent. Did I stumble upon the wrong door or is this some sort of new age dental spa? I was actually at ease that I was about to have my teeth drilled for an hour. Next Dr. Panjini and Erica greeted me and proceeded to have a lovely conversation and chit chat with me for a minute before the hygienist took me back. Not thirty seconds later Dr. Panjini came in and listened to all of my troubles, reviewed my x-rays, explained the procedure (I'm a details gal), discussed the future treatment plan and got to work on my tooth. An hour or so later, the procedure concluded and Dr. Panjini handed me a warm, lavender scented towel. I was stunned as I have never experienced this wonderful treatment at the dentist before. But I relished in the moment and inhaled the lavender scent before I headed out the door. If I didn't have a little one at home I would've treated myself to a pedicure to keep the zen vibes going, but I'm honestly looking forward to going back and who says that about the dentist?!

Such a great experience! The staff are all so warm and friendly and always go out of their way to ask about my family. They even have a "happy hour" menu of polish flavors like "Mint Mojito" and "Strawberry Margarita"!
