Dr. Femina Ali graduated from the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1997. As a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Ali stays current with developing technology and treatment modalities, to ensure her patients receive the best quality of care.
A dedicated member of the community, Dr. Ali is involved in everything from speaking at local schools to serving on multiple organizations such as Wellesley Hills Junior Womens Club. Every year, she participates in Wellesleys Wonderful Weekend, in the local parade and the picnic, to spread the message of oral health and prevention.
Dr. Ali and her college sweetheart, a partner in both life and business, have been married for 30 years. They have two lovely children, Zarah and Zann. Zarah has followed in her parents footsteps, and joined our team as our newest dentist.
In her time outside of work, Dr. Ali can be found in the kitchen cooking up a storm! She is also passionate about mentoring young individuals, because the great mentors in her own life made such a great impact.

Dr. Ejaz Ali graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1982 and completed a year-long full-mouth-reconstruction course at New York University. Through customized treatment plans that unify form and function, Dr. Ali is able to recreate, reconstruct, and maintain his patients smiles and oral health successfully.
Dr. Ali has become a recognized leader in cosmetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. In order to remain on the leading edge of dental technologies and techniques, his personal commitment includes hundreds of hours each year of advanced dental training in restorations, TMD treatment, sedation, implants, and laser dentistry.
Dr. Ali has spent the last 20 years at Wellesley alongside his wife and business partner, Dr. Femina Ali. They have been blessed with two healthy, happy children: a daughter who has joined the Wellesley Dental Group team as a dentist, and a son who has been involved in the business aspects of the dental office. When he is not working, Dr. Ali enjoys traveling and watching football.

The Ali's are simply awesome. The professionalism I am treated with, the technical proficiency and general care I receive from them is just simply astounding in this day and age. Thank you! Also, Leah is just the best!!! She is super thorough and gentle, all at the same time. Love going to her!

I had a "dental emergency" today - a bridge that came loose. I called at 1:00pm, and got an appointment at 2:00pm. They took me exactly on time, and I was able to make a 3:00 meeting across town with a renewed smile! A great experience.

I've been coming to Wellesley Dental Group for years and they always provide great care and service. Last week, I saw something that I never expected to see. Bryan, an aide working there, took service to a new level. He walked an elderly patient home in the rain while holding an umbrella to keep her dry. Bryan's interaction with her was both gentle and respectful. It was one of the kindest acts I've seen in years. This is a testament to the type of culture that the Drs. Ali have built.

I am happy to write a review for Wellesley Dental Group. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by excellent administrative assistants who make you feel welcome and comfortable. Drs. Ali and Ali are excellent dentists who take the time to explain each procedure in terms a lay person like myself can understand. I have been coming to this practice since it opened. Tried other dentists and no one can beat the professionalism and skill of Drs. Ali and Ali. They always have the latest in technology and keep up with all new procedures in the field. What professional service. From the moment I entered into to the hallowed halls of this establishment I was greeted with nothing but courteous service and the most affable dentist I have ever met; Dr. Barra. If you are looking for a dentist and have trepidations in doing so, they will alleviate all of your fears. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

They are some of the best dentists I have ever been to. Their staff are professional and the hygienists do a fast, complete cleaning. They know so much and everyone has great interpersonal skills. They will also answer questions you might have outside of your appointment, such as when buying an electric toothbrush (which is what I used them for, I must have called 3 or 4 times). They also have access to very good specialists though they are not on staff full time. They also provide NOx services which can be very useful for people who need it. Overall I would say anyone could go here and be comfortable, even those who hate the dentist.

My youngest went in for her first dental appointment with Dr. Houshmand and it was by far the most pleasant and smooth doctors appointment I have ever taken her to! Her dental assistant Laura was such a gem and had so much patience with her. We are so looking forward to returning for her 6 month appointment :)

This was my first time coming to Wellesley Dental Group and I had an amazing experience! I was first seen by Dr. Famina. She was very personable, friendly, and I felt very comfortable talking to her about my dental/overall health. I'm usually skeptical of medical professionals, but she made me feel like I could let my guard down and be open. She was also very knowledgeable on many different alternatives I could take to improve my dental health. I had my x-rays/cleaning completed by Melinda. Melinda had great energy and was very pleasant to be around. She did an excellent job on my cleaning and was extremely thorough. I would also like to give a shout-out to the receptionists Daniela and Sasha. They both had amazing customer service and was available to answer any questions I needed. Daniela did a great job explaining my insurance break down and what I needed to do for my next visit. She also offered appointment cards as an extra resource to remind me about my upcoming appointments. Overall my experience at the Wellesley Dental Group was outstanding! They were kind, patient, and they listened to me. It was judgment free environment and I really appreciated that. I will be recommending anyone who is looking and I also recommend anyone who is reading this review and is considering trying them out! You will NOT be disappointed! When you go, ask for Dr. Famina and Melinda, again you will not be disappointed.

Doctor and assistant were extremely unprofessional. We're gossiping, flirting and discussing juvenile things while drilling cavities in my mouth. I was quite vulnerable as the patient and it felt as if they were not focused on me or what they were doing at all.
