Because we are not a huge corporation, I can take pride in providing personalized and attentive care. This allows me the fun of seeing patients and their families out in the community and knowing almost all by name.
I was raised on the Kitsap Peninsula along with four brothers and one sister (all of whom ended up needing braces, by the way). Among many things, I am grateful to my parents for seeking orthodontic treatment for all of us.
After spendingtime in amazing places throughout the country as part of my orthodontic training, I realized that Washington would always be home. In 2004, my growing family settled down in University Place where I began my career at what is now Weller Orthodontics.
My wife Lori (a registered nurse), and I have been blessed with four children and have dedicated ourselves to close involvement with the community though work, schools, and our local church. In our spare time, we enjoy hiking, biking, and simply spending quality time with family and friends. One of our favorite activities is jumping on the trampoline in our backyard.
My family has been sculpting 250 years of Washington smiles. How is this possible, given the profession of orthodontics has only been around for the past 100 years? My grandfather, Avard T. Fairbanks, was a prolific sculptor whose works are on display in both the Capitol Building in Washington D.C. and the Washington State capitol building. One piece you will find in the capitol rotunda in Olympia is a colossal bust of our first president, George Washington, for whom our beautiful state was named.
Like mygrandfather, I have a passion for sculpture;only instead of clay, Imoldliving, breathing smiles with modern orthodontic appliances. As Iapplyboth the art and science of orthodontics, Iand myteam make smiles come alive!
Denises smile is the first that will greet you when you enter our office. She is a scheduling genius, and her efficient efforts keep our office running smoothly. Her 22 years of administrative experience havemade her an expert in claiming orthodontics benefits.
Denise lives in Steilacoom with her husband. Her two grown children have brought her some of the greatest joy by gifting her with three amazing grandchildren. She spends most of her free time spoiling them!
Stephanie lives in University Place with her husband, two children, and two furry children. When she is not busy at work, you will most likely find her cheering loudly for her children at one of their sporting events.
SuLee looks forward to guiding you through the first steps of your orthodontic journey. She enjoys informing patients aboutthe benefits of orthodontic treatment. Her goal is to makeyoufeel excited about starting your healthy new smile.
Olgas quiet spirit and gentle caring arevery comforting to all of our patients, especially our younger ones. Herfavorite aspect ofher job is helping create and then witnessing the conversion of new smiles.
Kailey has been in the dental field since 2010 and joined our team in 2015. Her enthusiasm and great attitude show she has a dedication for wanting to help patients transform their teeth and bring back confidence to smile, which is truly a favorite facet of her job.
Kayla has been in the dental field since 2011 and a part of our team since 2015. Kaylas big, beautiful smile will make you smile instantly and put you at ease, asshe caresfor you and your teeth. The best part of her job is seeing the happiness on her patients faces the moment they see their new smiles. Watching their assurance grow at each visit is always a rewarding experience.

Alright guys I don't usually do these reviews unless I've experienced exceptionally great service and down here at Dr. Wellers they do just that! We've been coming here for a few months now and this office has been just great to deal with all around. Professional and super friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to this office. Thank you Dr Weller and staff for all your help.

Wow!! What an amazing group of humans. So kind and inviting. They have all your questions answered. The staff is so gentle and Explanatory. The office is beautiful and cozy. Sit by the fireplace and relax, because you're being treated like a VIP. The front desk is a wealth of knowledge. They do work very well with insurance too. My 8yo has ADHD and every person in the office treats her so kindly they work so well to provide the best possible treatment plan. We aren't patients for straight teeth. We're patients because it's medically necessary for our girls pallet to be spread. With that being said, I could not be more grateful for the Weller Orthodontic team. And you will be treated like a VIP too.

Great first ortho experience for my 7 year old! Friendly staff who eased both our concerns. They were quick to get us in (which is impressive considering COVID mandates!) 10/10 would recommend for your orthodontic needs!

Weller Orthodontics is a great place to get your teeth done because it is a nice building, has very nice staff that don't just ask you about your teeth, they also ask you about your school, job, hobbies, etc. Also, I have had my braces on for a year and with no complaints whatsoever. The technique of the staff, including dr. Weller, are so incredible that I was honestly surprised. They also take intricate precautions for Covid and ensure that everyone is safe. I would highly recommend Weller Orthodontics for you or your child, looking for safe and reliable braces, retainers, or just a checkup.

Dr. Weller has the best before and after pictures. I have referred all of my patients to his office. It only made sense to send my own kids to him also. The free consult was so informational. Instead of just my girls, I decided to have one too! I am now in braces. The staff are amazing. Dr Weller has an amazing team. They really care about their patients.
