Dr. Chet is an Oakville native who is proud to be serving his hometown. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University and received his dental degree at University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2012. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Missouri Dental Association (MDA), and the Greater St. Louis Dental Society. Continuing education is a priority at Welker Dental. Dr. Chet has completed courses with the Academy of Richard V Tucker Study and is also a member of the Missouri Valley Study Club. He can thoroughly care for our patients by putting the most apprehensive patient at ease with his calm demeanor and attention to detail. Dr. Chet spends his time outside of the office with Dr. Ashley and their three children, Genevieve, Elizabeth, and Joseph! Dr. Chet is well versed in SLU basketball and enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals!
Dr. Ashley grew up in Kansas City, but now calls Oakville, MO home! She attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for both her undergraduate and doctoral degrees. Education is important in her practice, and she stays up to date by being a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Missouri Dental Association (MDA), the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and serves as the President of the Missouri Valley Study Club. Dr. Ashley enjoys keeping up to date on dental trends and providing exceptional dental care. Our patients truly notice her kind personality and gentle touch to allow them to put their full trust in her. Outside of the office, she enjoys adventures with Dr. Chet and their young children, Genevieve, Elizabeth, and Joseph!
Angie has been keeping smiles beautiful and healthy for the past twenty years. She graduated from Forest Park C.C in 2001! Angie joined Welker Dental in July of 2013 and has been caring for our patients by giving them the tools they need to be successful with their oral hygiene. Outside of the office, she enjoys home projects and spending weekends at the Lake of the Ozarks with her family. Angie grew up in South St. Louis and currently resides in Mehlville with her husband, Mike, two daughters Riley and Rachel, and son, Carter. What she loves most about her profession is helping educate patients on their oral health and its effects on their overall health. She truly values the trust that her patients place in her and the lasting relationships she has made over the last 20 years.
Dianna joined our team in October 2020 and has been in dentistry for a total of 18 years; 9 of which she worked as an orthodontic assistant before furthering her career as a dental hygienist. She was born and raised right here in Oakville, Missouri! She currently resides in Fenton, MO. With her husband, Jake, and two young children, Caroline (5) and Jacob (1). She also has a cat named George, who seems to be the talk of the neighborhood. Dianna enjoys spending the weekends at her family cabin on the Black River and traveling. Her favorite place she vacations to yearly is Akumal, Mexico. However, her most loved places to visit are Costa Rica and Vancouver, Canada. When asked what she loved about her profession, her answer was that she enjoys creating new, trusting relationships with my patients and I find it rewarding to help my patients maintain their health and beautiful smiles. Dianna is proud to be a part of a team that is truly passionate about patient care!
Over the course of 30 years, Vicky has a obtained a vast knowledge of dentistry, having spent time in hundreds of dental offices. She is a certified coach and public speaker. She has become a vital part of Welker Dental and keeps the business aspect of the practice moving! In her time outside of the office, Vicky enjoys pickle ball, dancing, riding bikes, hiking and theater. She values time spent with her daughters, Jenny and Sarah, and being in the company of family and good friends. She loves to be a part of a group of that works well as a team and has fun doing it!
Bringing 36 years of dental experience is one of our wonderful business assistants, Kim! Prior to transitioning to administrative, Kim attended Meramec College for Dental Assisting and has brought our patients such joy with her positive attitude and kindness. She was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and her favorite sports teams are the St. Louis Blues and Cardinals! While she is outside of the office, Kim enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family! Kim and husband, Ed, have two daughters, Brenda and Amanda, and one grandson, Max! Kim has enjoyed being a grandparent and says it is a lot of fun! When asked what her favorite thing about being a part of Welker Dental, Kim stated 'I am proud of the level of care we give our patients and being a part of this team!'
Kathy has been a part of Welker Dental for 8 years and has been in dentistry for over 30 years! She earned her certification in dental assisting at the Air Force clinic overseas in Panama. Kathy was born in St. Louis and currently calls Festus, MO home. Kathy truly enjoys her profession, and her favorite part of her career is educating and creating healthy new smiles for our patients. When she isn't helping our patients, she can be found going on walks, attending wineries, or visiting wineries. Kathy has six grandchildren and she and her husband, Jim, love watching them play sports.
Sam is a fantastic dental assistant with 14 years of experience in the dental office! Over that course of time, she has several certifications including nitrous oxide monitoring, sedation monitoring, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). Outside of the office, Sam has a beautiful family including her husband, Michael, and together they have two awesome kids, Vivian and Bobby! They love playing games, adventuring outside, dancing, singing, and watching movies! Sam finds her career rewarding by helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed before, during, and after their dental experience.
Shauna joined Welker Dental in 2021 and has brought a great attitude and is one of the friendly faces that will greet you when you first visit our office! Shauna resides in Arnold, MO and enjoys spending time with her family which includes husband, Terry, and two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Adaline! She is a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and her favorite place to vacation is New York. Shauna's favorite part of being a Welker team member is her co-workers and their amazing attitudes as well as helping our patients stay healthy!
For the past 5 years, Daisy has been expanding her knowledge in dentistry, as both a dental assistant as well as a business assistant. She attended St. Louis Community College-Forest Park and has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the practice. Outside of the office, Daisy enjoys sewing, gardening, and being outside in general! Daisy believes the best part of being a Welker team member is that everyone is helpful and her favorite aspect of this profession is caring for those in need!
For the past 2 years, Morgan has been a key component in Welker Dental's growth! She graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2017 with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene and is a longtime native of Southern Illinois, currently residing in Red Bud, IL. Morgan loves spending time outdoors with her two young sons, Bennett and Cooper, and husband, Chad! Morgan is an avid gym enthusiast and loves feeling healthy. Through educating and caring for our patients, she can establish a trusting bond that patients know they can rely on. Morgan's favorite aspect of her career is working with team members that share the same goal every day- to provide exceptional patient care.
Lauren became a part of our team in August 2020 and has been an amazing assistant since 2015! She was born in St. Louis, MO and grew up in Festus, MO. Lauren and her husband, Bobby, have been married since October 2021 and share their home with their two dogs, Kali and Autumn, and their two cats, Bear and Millie. Together, Lauren and Bobby enjoy boating, going to concerts and comedy shows, and traveling! Laurens favorite place to vacation is the ocean. In her free time, Lauren loves to garden and has an impressive collection of plants. What she loves the most about her profession is the ability to help people whether it be bettering a patients oral health or giving them a smile that boosts their confidence. She is proud to be a part of Welker Family Dental because she gets to work alongside caring doctors and caring coworkers that share the same core values.
Brooke joined our team early 2021 and brought with her 27 years of dental knowledge. She is an asset to our team and helps each patient every day. Brookes favorite thing about her career is helping people become healthy and loves working with a cohesive team and doctors who are compassionate. When she is not in the office, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying St. Louis Cardinals baseball! Go Cards!
