On time appointments, quick in and out, and friendly staff...my only issue is the constant habit of trying to just take the kids back without the parents...my child has severe anxiety and I have to be very firm to go back with her...if it wasn't for this practice you would have 5 stars.. I would highly recommend stopping this practice...
