Dr. Scott P. Welch D.D.S., is a Wyoming native graduating from the University of Wyoming in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. Dr. Welch attended the Creighton School of dentistry in Omaha Nebraska from 1981 to 1985. After graduation from dental school he moved to Lovell Wyoming and practiced with his father for over 15 years. Dr. Scott P. Welch has 5 children. He has been a member of the American Dental Association and the Wyoming Dental Association for over 33 years. Dr. Welch's interests in dentistry focus on Cosmetic Dentistry, no prep veneers: fixed crown and bridge work, third molar (wisdom teeth), extractions as well as oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, were also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.
Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

I can not say enough good about Dr. Welch and Welch family Dentistry. The staff is incredible, kind and respectful of your time. I have not waited in the waiting room more than 10 minutes. I had many years of neglect that needed to be treated and now my smile is beautiful!!!! Great state of the art office. Highly recommend!

10/10 would not recommend. They try to bill you for bills that have ALREADY been paid. Short staffed, outdated, and they run off any good employee or customer that they do have! Such a sad deal.

I'd give a 2 1/2 star rating if possible. 5 stars for the dentist and 1 star for the staff. The dentist was very professional and was able to save several of my teeth that most dentists would have just wanted to pull. However the staff at the time was horrendously RUDE. I convinced My husband who was very embarrassed about his teeth and afraid of the dentist ( he had avoided using one his entire adult life due to this distrust) to use this one based on my experience. He had to have a lot of work done and was ultimately told he would need dentures. While he was in the chair unable to move the two older female assistants stood over him and made inappropriate comments about how embarrassed he should be about his teeth and how discusting he was. He left almost in tears and never went back to finish his work. He was so depressed that I couldn't convince him to return to dentist! If those ladies are still there they shouldn't be. Their bed side manner was abhorrent. Sorry to the dentist who is very professional you need to hire better staff to bring your rating up!!
