Dr. Welch was born and raised in Wyoming before his family relocated to Las Vegas when he was 15. After graduating from Silverado High School he went on a two year mission to Brazil where he became fluent in Portuguese. After his mission he started his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University where he studied until he married his wife Tiffany and then transferred to the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He received his Bachelors of Science in Biology there and then was accepted at UNLVs School of Dental Medicine where he was awarded his DMD.
Since dental school Dr. Welch has been committed to continuing his education and staying up to date on the most current materials, technology and treatment options by studying with some of the top dentists in the country.
Dr Greg was born and raised in a small town in Wyoming where his father was a dentist. He attended the University of Wyoming where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha Nebraska. In 1990, after dental school, he and his family moved to Las Vegas to make it their home. Dr. Greg has been around dentistry all of his life and is fortunate to be able to work along side his brother and nephew. They also have another dentist brother, Scott P Welch DDS, that took over their fathers dental practice in Wyoming.
Dr. Brads dad Scott M Welch was a dentist and had a great love for helping people and the profession of dentistry, this obviously rubbed off since three of his sons and one grandson have followed in the dental tradition.
Having grown up in Wyoming Dr. Brad returned to his home state and began his dental career in Cody WY. Practicing there until 1997 relocating to Las Vegas to practice with his brother Greg. They Opened Sunstone Dental Care in 1998 eventually selling Sunstone Dental. Finding they enjoyed private practice better than corporate dentistry they separated from Sunstone in 2016. Dr. Brad enjoys working with his Jon and brother Greg at Welch Dentistry.
Dr. Brad enjoys all aspects of dentistry especially implants and sedation. Having received advanced training utilizing IV sedation at USC with Dr. Stanley Malamed in 2010. This allows many people who are fearful and have avoided going to the dentist for years to be treated safely and comfortably.

Hands down, the best dental experience I've had anywhere!! I'm normally very anxious with dental visits, Dr Welch is patient, attentive and has an amazing bedside manner. Staff is friendly and very professional. Seems like everyone really enjoys working there. Staff printed out a copy of my dental benefit summary from my dental insurance and gave it to me upon my departure. Wow. Who does that?!? I've found my forever-dentist. Thanks guys.

This was my very first time there and I never felt so welcomed and cared for as I had at Welch Dentistry. Every staff member I came into contact with were all so friendly. Yolanda, the hygienist, really took the time to clean my teeth and went gentle with my sensitive areas. Ashley, the dental assistant, was super sweet and fun to talk to while she did the x-rays. Destiny and Valerie at the front desk, made the check-in/check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a great place and I will definitely consider this my new dentist office! Highly recommend!

Dr.jon, his team and office staff have been amazing since I started going there back in February. For being one who has never been a fan of the dentist, dr.jon and his team have made it a very relaxing and easy experience for me since day one. Always taking the time to explain details of work being done, answering any questions being asked and actually listening to my concerns. They always have been helpful every time I go in to resolve any pain or complications that may have arrived during a treatment. I am beyond grateful to have Dr.Jon as my dentist with a great team beside him. Welch Dentistry is by far the best dentist office around. Highly recommend anyone to go here for any dental work. Arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted warmly by the staff and checked in. Actually got called in 3-4 minutes before my appointment. The hygienist was super nice and friendly. Excellent service and the doctor was prompt and made time to visit about my family and you could tell he and his staff genuinely care. 5 stars

I am so happy to have found Welch Dentistry! My old dentist was just....ok I guess. But now I know what a real dental experience should be like. I am actually looking forward to my next visit in March, how weird is that to say about a dentist? But that's how great they are at Welch Dentistry! Dr. Greg "Grape Jelly" Welch, is a really kind and friendly doctor, and he does not try to rush or skip out on any of the details. I appreciate his desire for perfection in his work. And if you're lucky enough to have Michelle as your dental assistant, then you are truly blessed! She is funny, BEAUTIFUL, gentle, also very detailed oriented, double checking to make sure that I was comfortable, and that the work on my crown was being done correctly the first time. The front desk staff was very polite and efficient, they had me checked in before I could even sit down in the lobby, and had my next appointment scheduled before I could walk out the door. Overall, just a great experience, great staff, great work done on my teeth, and I would recommend this dentist office to anyone in the Las Vegas or Henderson area. Fire your existing dentist today, and come to Welch, you'll be glad that you did.

I don't like going to the dentist. Every time I go there is pain involved. I broke a tooth and after numbing and a shot, Dr. Welch cleaned and drilled the tooth, put a temp cap W/O any pain. Hat's off to the entire team. Friendly and efficient. Recommend highly.
