I have been going here for as long as I can remember. I love this office and staff and will drive from Kingwood no matter what. When you find a great dentist and office you stick with them. Dr. Ho is phenomenal - I get anxiety about the dentist but he is good at what he does. I had a crown pop off yesterday and they saw me same day to place it back on. Although I didn't see Dr. Ho my expectations were still met! I also want to do a big shout out to Lina at the front desk. This lady is truly amazing and they are lucky to have her. Being I drove all the way from Kingwood she was also able to get me in for my cleaning while I was there! Thank you so much for making my day and saving me another drive! If you want professionalism and the best customer service along with highly qualified dentists you need to look no further than Welch Dental!

I have always hated going to the dentist however I have been going to Welch Dental for years...Each and every visit is a pleasant one..filling cavities included..my visit on yesterday was no exception...Dustin my hygienist was exceptional. She knew I was on my lunch hour and still did not cheat on high quality service..I highly recommend this place...Cookie

I am very thankful for Welch Dental, in particular Dr. Hearrean, who has served my family for over ten years. He is an outstanding dentist and extremely conscientious about his work. He has excellent assistants in Shae and Naomi, among others. Thank you Dr. Hearrean for many years of quality and honest work. Our family loves you and your team of assistants.

I don't even know where to start.... I had a crown break and I called Welch to see if they could help me. I got on the phone with Karen from the front desk. She told me the next available appointment was not until tomorrow. 30 min later I received a call from Karen explaining an appointment was cancelled and if I could make if there within 10 min. When I arrived Janet from the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful and comforting during my painful experience with my tooth. When I was called up lindsay the assistant when above and beyond her job and made me feel relaxed and even put the Phillies game on the tv for me. Dr . Monica Gerges has quickly become my favorite dentist. Her expertise and easy explanation of the process made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. This company is by far the best for any dental needs you might have. Thank you all for having me become your new favorite customer.

If you are looking for a dentist office, this is the one! I had a late afternoon appointment for a deep cleaning. Alexis performed the cleaning for me today. She made me feel calm and she was very gentle while perform the below the gum cleaning. Even the anesthesiologist was delightful and explained everything to me. Both ladies were personable, friendly and caring. Absolutely a great dental experience! Thanks to these ladies! Thank you so much, I look forward to my next visit!

First when you walk in you are greeted and taken care of quickly. I was able to fill out my new patient paperwork online prior to appointment. That made things a lot smoother. The ladies were so nice at the front desk. The office and and bathrooms were very clean. I think that's always a plus. The facility is huge. So it's safe to say you shouldn't have a problem getting an appointment with one of the many hygienists. I had a great experience during my dental cleaning. My Hygienist Paula was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable and caring. I will be recommending to all my friends.

Been a patient for years, though I'm terrible about making exam appointments. Had a crown come off and, even though I haven't been to the office for over three years, they squeezed me in that afternoon to get it put back on. Always pleasant and professional service.

I really liked my dental hygienist, Adrian. She was pleasant and efficient. I would like to request that the ental group have the hygienists include an oral " sight and feel" review of the oral cavity for oral cancer. My prior dentist of 25 years had her hygienists do this free of charge. I am retired and not inclined to pay $21 for the Ori light inspection.
