I love what I do! Even after years in this profession, there is nothing I find more satisfying than seeing the transformation that comes to a person when their treatment is completed, and they smile at themselves in the mirror that very first time. Just knowing that I contributed to giving them the healthiest and most beautiful smile they can have! How can you not love that? We even have patients who stop by our office years after their treatment is completed, just to give us an update on how their life is going!
Not only am I a native Memphian, but also received both my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and masters in orthodontics right here at theUniversity of Tennessee. Even with my degrees, I still believe its important to stay current and on the cutting edge of the newest ideas and the latest technology that is available for our patients, and I feel strongly about reaching outto the community. Im particularly proud to be an active participant in Smiles for Life, dentistrys most successful charity campaign.
My wife Saralyn and I are both very active in our community and keep busy with our many grandchildren, butwhen Im able, I do enjoy sneaking away for a round or two of golf or to cheer on one of our areas many sports teams:football, basketball, baseball, whatever ...I love them all!
I'm Dr. Brenton Glassell, but it's easier just to call me Dr. G. I grew up here in Tennessee, so, after completing my undergraduate work at the University of Arkansas, I came back to Memphis to attend dental school at University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. I graduated with High Honors and was priviledged to be inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Society and the Dean Odontological Society. I also received the Dean's Leadership Award, which is one of the highest honors given to a graduating dental student.
I completed my orthodontic training at the University of Tennessee Department of Orthodontics. After my residency, I completed my Board Certification and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. It was a lot of hard work, but its a designation that only about 30% of practicing orthodontists in the United States have achieved. It was well worth it!
I try to always stay on the cutting edge of orthodontic technology and regularly attend continuing education classes so I can be 'up to the minute' on anything that will help give my patients the best smiles possible! Dr. Weiss and I specialize in Invisalign, clear aesthetic braces and accelerated orthodontics. I have extensive experience with interceptive orthodontic treatments to correct teeth and habits in young children from my time spent working in a pediatric dental practice. Giving quality, individualized care to every patient that comes to our office is my passion. I love seeing people smile about their smiles!
When I'm not at the office, I love spending time with my wife, Gail, and my three beautiful daughters Ella, Graycen, and Kensington. I enjoy all that Memphis has to offer, from plays at the Orpheum to cheering on the Grizzlies. I also enjoy golfing, hunting, fishing, exercising, and cheering on everything Razorback!

I have had the good fortune to work for Dr. Weiss since 1974! Ive been here many years but I cant imagine working in a better place or for a better person. My first 15 years here I served as Dr. Weisss assistant, but as the practice grew, I found myself spending more and more time in our business office. Having the opportunity to get to know patients from the very first day they come and seeing them through to the end result has never ceased to be exciting. Now, after all this time, I have the pleasure of seeing our former patients bring their children and grandchildren to us! When Im not here, my husband and I spend every moment possible with our children and precious grandchildren.
I have enjoyed working for Dr. Weiss since 2014 and Dr. Glassell since 2015. I am the person you speak with regarding insurance. Even though I am primarily in our business office, I was involved on the clinical side of dentistry since 2003 assisting in Pediatrics. When Im not here, Im spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren.
I was lucky enough to join the Weiss and Glassell team after Dental Hygiene school. I love creating relationships with our patients, and watching their confidence grow throughout their time here with us. When Im not working, I spend my free time with my husband and two babies. On the weekends, you can find me assisting in weddings, events, redecorating our home, and even indulging in some of Memphis best food spots!
In 2014, at age 17, I started working for Dr. Weiss. I would help around the office doing anything I could. It didnt take me long to fall in love with Orthodontics and everything about our office. Being homeschooled, I was able to graduate early, so shortly after graduating, I received my license and became a Dental Assistant. When Im not busy at the office, Im spending time with my family, curled up reading a book, or traveling.
I have worked for Dr. Weiss since becoming involved in the dental field in 1985. In 1993, I stepped away for a number of years to raise my children. When I was ready to return to work in 2003, I wouldnt have dreamed of working anywhere else. Now that Dr. G has joined us, it just makes that feeling even stronger. I love what I do because there is always a new challenge, due to the changes our patients teeth are going through. I just love seeing the end results! I have been happily married to my high-school sweetheart since 1984, and we enjoy nothing more than spending time with our kids. Anything we do together as a family is always fun!
I have enjoyed working for Dr. Weiss since 1994; He is like family to me. Now I get to work with Dr. Glassell, too! We spend a lot of time with our patients + I love the friendships we build throughout their treatment. My favorite part is when a patient finishes treatment, their reaction once the braces come off is priceless! When Im not working, I spend time with my two adult children. My daughter is a dental assistant, and my son is becoming a fireman / paramedic!
Im one of the veterans here at Weiss and Glassell Orthodontics. I started with Dr. Weiss in 1999 and spent my first few years in the business office. After that, I moved to the clinical area and started working in our lab. I love working with our patients, which makes each day fun and exciting. When Im not at work, I enjoy supporting the Memphis Tigers football and basketball teams, traveling with my softball team, and spending time with my husband, 3 daughters, and my 5 amazing grandchildren.
I have been working in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry since 1991. I have been dividing my time between Weiss + Glassell Orthodontics and Brink + White Pediatric Dentistry since 2001. Most of my time is here at Weiss + Glassell Orthodontics. I love both of my work families, but my love for orthodontics simply won over pediatric dentistry. When Im not at work, Im doing my best to keep up with my 3 sons and their various activities. My husband and I usually have to divide + conquer! My oldest son is in lineman school, my middle son attends the University of Memphis, (GO TIGERS!) + my youngest son plays travel baseball! In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at the animal shelter. I currently have two rescue dogs and on thoroughbred grand dog! My life is crazy busy, but I wouldnt change it for anything.
I have been working in orthodontics since 1999. I have worked in a few offices, but none have made me feel more at home than this one. Sometimes you just know youre in the right place, and this is it for me! Being in an environment like we have here makes coming to work everyday bring a smile to my face. When Im not here at the office, I love to work in my garden, raise animals, cook, read, and be with my favorite people in the world: My husband + children!
Ive been in orthodontics since 1986 and, after working in Nashville for 22 of those years, I decided to come back home to be with my family here in Memphis. After being part of such a great team there, I knew the only practice that would meet the standards I was used to was with Dr. Weiss. When I started working here in 2013, everyone welcomed me with open arms. The level of quality that both Dr. Weiss and Dr. G show in their work and their sincere concern for their patients well-being is unparalleled. I am an outdoor person when Im away from the office, so you can find me and my Frenchie, Lula, out on the lake, riding side by sides, or going out with friends!
Hi! Im Brooke McGlocklin. Ive been here at Weiss and Glassell Orthodontics for a while now. I started as an Orthodontic Assistant, but now days you can find me doing a little bit of everything. Im a floater, sort of speak. When Im away from the office, I love spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, + crafting.
I have been in the dental field for over 15 years. Im a highly trained Registered Dental Assistant + enjoy seeing patients happy about their smiles. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two children, family, + friends.
My name is Harley. I have been a Dental Assistant for two years; I started here at Weiss and Glassell Orthodontics in 2021. I love orthodontics because Im able to work independently + get to know my patients. I also enjoy how fast paced our office is! I had been in Pediatric dentistry for 20 years before coming to Weiss and Glassell Orthodontics in 2019. I have always loved Dr. Weiss; he was both of my daughters Orthodontist! When the opportunity presented itself, I joined the team! Being here as a treatment coordinator, Im able to watch each patient transform from beginning to end! When I'm not with my work family, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time with my husband and my two sweet daughters, Macy Carol + Lily.
I was a patient of Dr. Weiss originally. I always enjoyed coming to the office because everyone made me feel so welcome and relaxed. After I started working in the dental field myself and had the opportunity to work here part time in 2012, I jumped at the chance. One thing led to another, and now I have been here full time since 2014. My personal goal is to make each patient that walks into this office feel as incredible as I felt every time I came here. Yes, orthodontics is my passion, but I do have a few others: Fashion + Fitness! Keeping myself fit and staying up to date with all the latest trends . . . I LOVE IT!
