Dr. Sonal Bhoot, DMD has over 17 years of dental experience and received her doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2003 from the New Jersey Dental School. Dr. Bhoot has certifications and proficiencies in cosmetic dentistry, CEREC training, Invisalign, endodontics, oral surgery, TMJ disorders, restorative dentistry, laser treatments, and more. She treats the whole family including children.
Dr. Bhoot facilitates training for dental assistants within the local community. She participates with programs to help underprivileged children receive dental care. Her extensive training and dedication to continuing education allow her to provide all of her patients with a smile they can be confident with. Dr. Bhoot has a very well rounded background with training in inner city settings to more suburban areas. One of her special qualities is her ability to connect with people of all age groups. She enjoys spending time with her family. Dr. Bhoot is married to Dr. Veeral Bhoot and they have 2 daughters Uma and Jaya. In their spare time, they enjoy attending concerts, community festivals, traveling, and fine dining.

Dr.Ryan Bland has been in dentistry for several years and he is excellent with patients. He works in this practice part time. Dr. Bland was raised in Hannibal, MO and attended UMKC school of dentistry. He graduated in 2014 and has been in private practice primarily. He has awesome bedside manner and patients love seeing him. He is very skilled in general dentistry.
Kayleigh is our registered certified expanded functions dental assistant. She is great with treating all patients and strives to make our patients comfortable. One of the main reasons she chose dental assisting is to make people feel better and educate them on oral health. She graduated with honors Oct 2017. In her free time she []
Kimberli is the office manager in our practice. She is our scheduler, treatment coordinator, and dental biller. She handles all patient concerns and does an excellent job with welcoming new patients to our practice as well as the existing patients. Kimberly has been in dentistry for many years. Gene has been part of Weinand Dental for many years. Gene knows most of the patients in the practice and enjoys treating patients. She provides great dental care to the patients and has developed great relationships with patients over the years. She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors in her spare time.
Prosper is one of our very talented dental assistants that exercises amazing bed side manner with the patients. Prosper assists on many procedures including root canals, extractions, and cosmetic cases. She is highly skilled and works very efficiently to make treatments go fast and safe. She is a true joy! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at home.
Christyle is a dental hygienist 2018 graduate ofUMKC Dental Hygiene school. She went to MCC for her undergraduate training. She prides herself on putting patients at ease and having a gentle touch. Outside of work she travels, hikes, and spends a lot of time with her 3 dogs. Her dogs also participate in dock jumping and agility sports, which she is proud of! Christyle is also a lifelong artist and specializes in pet portrait paintings.

Yesterday, I needed to have my two lower front teeth extracted. So I called to see if I could be seen the same day. My appointment was for 2:00pm. I arrived early to do the paperwork, the waiting room was very quite. After completing the paperwork, I was called to go back for the exam and extractions. The dental assistant was so wonderful and her personality calmed my nerves. The "dentist" came to see what I needed and poked around my teeth for a second. She agreed they needed to be removed. She immediately grabbed for Novacaine and jabbed the needle in my gums. Obviously not even close to where it needed to be. As soon as she was done with the injection she immediately started pulling the first tooth. Novacaine takes a few minutes to be effective. She ignored this fact and started twisting and pulling. I started screaming and she ignored my pain. After yanking out the first one she started on the second one exactly like the first one. I truly believe that she derived great pleasure from inflicting pain. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

I do not recommend this office. Dr. Weinand was amazing, I have had him since I was 5 years old. But the new doctor that recently took over and the new office staff especially one of the ladies at the front desk is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I don't think I have ever been spoken to like that from an office. I truly miss the people that were there before them. There are much better dental offices than this. So disappointed.

I do not recommend this office. Dr. Weinand was amazing, I have had him since I was 5 years old. But the new doctor that recently took over and the new office staff especially one of the ladies at the front desk is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I don't think I have ever been spoken to like that from an office. I truly miss the people that were there before them. There are much better dental offices than this. So disappointed.

I called as a provider with a mutual patient requesting insurance information from this office who is now under new owner ship. the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic when i requested the patients insurance phone number. she then went on to lecture me about how if i work with insurances i should know the phone number for delta (she said this extremely aggressively and rude) i then explained that delta has hundreds of customer service lines and I want to be sure I have the correct one for customer service. I then asked if I could speak with the manager and she said "you're speaking to her"... Personally I feel that an office manager should be more professional than what I have just experienced. Especially as a fellow dental provider.

BEST dentist ever! The whole staff is experienced and so helpful. They went above and beyond for me. I had a crown done and it didn't hurt at all. Dr. Kenneth talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. I've been to plenty of places but this is the best. If you want a quiet comfortable place with great people, come here!

The staff here was wonderful, they walked me though every single thing they were doing. Very nice office. Dr. Weinand was great!! He also took the time to walk me through the whole process as he was fixing my tooth. Will continue to come here!
