I've trusted Dr. Weeks to straighten out both of my daughters' teeth. They both had a positive experience and now have beautiful teeth.

If my son hadn't already had wires on his teeth, we would have walked out after the first time the receptionist attacked us and threatened to remove his wires over an insurance issue. Dr. Weeks and most staff there are really good, but the main blonde receptionist (who deals the most with the customers) is extremely unprofessional! This woman has told me she is getting irritated with me. Really, I am your customer, really? Same unprofessional receptionist has: 1) yelled (not told us) that we messed up the braces schedule because we tightened the wires too many weeks. The doctor said it was perfect, come to find out she thought we were a couple weeks further then we were. 2) told us we were $1500 behind schedule, when we were $345 (because she never asked any parent but me for money) 3) told me that she was asking both parents for money and never asked dad or stepmom, so we were charged late fees (which were later removed) when I finally brought my son to an appointment. I am sorry, they may do great work, but that receptionist really should not have a job if she treats customers like that. I truly hope it's just an 'us' thing and she is not horrible to all families during the course of treatment.
