Dentistry is a rewarding profession that is constantly evolving. My aim is to keep implementing cutting-edge technology so I can offer my patients optimal treatment. I seek to not only address my patients concerns, but also find it necessary to educate them on how lifestyle choices can affect their oral health. I never grew up fearing the dentist due to the great care I was provided with, and I aspire to do the same for my patients.

After receiving his DMD degree, Dr. Contreras completed a General Practice Residency with the BronxCare Health System. He is passionate about continuing education and makes a conscientious effort to attend multiple dental conventions throughout the year.
Away from the office, Dr. Contreras is committed to community service. During dental school he held multiple leadership positions in organizations dedicated to public service and traveled on a mission trip to Latin America where free dental care was provided. In his free time, Dr. Contreras enjoys traveling, visiting museums, sampling new cuisines, watching sports, and tropical fishkeeping.

Today was my 1st visit to Weeki Wachee Dental Care and was very pleased. The office staff was efficient and the waiting was minimal. The entire Dental team was professional and very friendly. Thoroughly professional and friendly dentist practice. Excellent inspection of my oral health status, a gentle cleaning followed by a collaborative overview of my dental health plan going forward. I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist office.

Wonderful experience!!!! All the staff were kind upon arrival. I was attended by Mercedes and Dr. Baha Abuaita. They were excellent very nice and helpful. The Dr. Abuaita was very good and caring making sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. The technology was very impressive as well everything looked state of the art. I absolutely recommend this dental office and Dr. Abuaita!!!!

The doctor, employees and dental hygienists are all very nice. They truly look for your best care and are understanding. They also review the treatment and care plans with you, to help you prepare for what you need to get done. I've been going there for over a year now and Im truly happy with them. Definitely recommend!!!

Oh I reached out to Weeki Wachee dental to get a consult on dental work that includes Vizza line crowns extractions and periodontal work and they were just absolutely phenomenal and after quite a few consultations his other dentist I have chosen to go with Weeki Wachee dental they have modern technology and excellent staff and dentists

I LOVE THIS DENTISTS OFFICE! Let me begin by saying I was very nervous to come to this appointment at all despite knowing I really needed it. I cane 40 minutes from Beverley Hills and ended up being about 15 minutes late... yet despite this the woman at the front desk (Heidi) was so sweet and understanding and got me into a chair in less than 10 minutes . The office itself is large and bright and clean and smells more like Pier One than a thriving dental practice. The young dental assistant (Mercedes) was smart and sweet and informative and extremely gentle and compassionate. The dentist himself was kind and offered me several options for my issue. He listened to what I had to say and took the time to sit down ( Dr. Baha is the dentist) and look me in the eye . Then I had to discuss financial options. A lovely man named Brian walked me through the process and I ended up feeling like I got a good deal! Unusual at the dentist ! COME TO THIS PRACTICE!!!

The environment was so inviting and the staff is absolutely wonderful! They made me feel at ease while having dental work done . Playing disney Beauty & the Beast music to calm my nerves and comfortable!! It was an excellent experience !
