Their Scheduling is too far out if you need something urgent pick a different dental

There is only one doctor. It is always super packed, and I always wait over hour for my 2 sons to be seen. The worst part is that when they were seen last week they said they couldnt been seen to get the dental work done needed until October. It is was May 31st, when they told me this. I will not be returning, and I advise you to not visit as well.

Lazy receptionist has me walk all the way to the front to "sign a paper" while a different non lazy receptionist takes the paper with her and asks people to sign. They really don't need all these workers half of them don't work. In the same time it took the lazy one to walk to the door to ask me to walk to the front she could've had the paper with her on a clipboard so I can sign right then and there but not all of these employees have good work ethic and common sense. Also I wrote my time on my check in sticker because they took forever to let me sign in which put me past my grace period. Two receptionist but only 1 signing people in makes no sense.

I had a scheduled appointment for my son and still waited 3 hours in the lobby the staff is very unprofessional. I do not understand if you are short staffed why schedule so many appointments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Terrible service. Calls go unanswered, left multiple voicemails and only one was returned and never heard from them again. Have been trying to reach for the past three days continuously as it is an emergency. I don't recommend

There is no room why schedule so much people at the same time there is no privacy the fact they want you to go back and back for appointment I don't like not going back again why to Gad to make 5 appointment so they can finish the treatment so dumb.

They had a crowd of people in the back waiting to see the Dr no social distancing at all there was really no walking space at all the waiting room was the same way

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Incompetent workers!!!! Coming from a 1 hr out of town drive checked in at the front desk and the girl told me to have a seat. After over a hour wait i asked how much longer until my son was seen only to find out he was never checked in. Heavyweight short haired supervisor only made the experience worse. Instead of being professional and apologizing for their mistake she was very rude and tried to place the blame on me. She has no business running the office with customer complaints. Lucky this office accepts state medi-cal to stay in business. No paying customer should waste their time and money here. Very poor unprofessional service.

I thought it was cool because your with your child the whole time and you are seeing everything they do xray picture was cool ,there organized they give you treatment plan thier fast if you do early mornings dont know about late apointments

Dr. Bailey is such a rude Dentist he is unprofessional and only wants it his way or no way. Maybe it's time for him to retire, he has no patience so what is he doing working with kids?? So thankful there is another Dr. their and the assistance are very supportive.

I love it, my kids love it! The whole staff is very nice and helpful. They work really hard to make they're young patients feel at ease by talking to them and making sure they're comfortable and cooperative. Very convenient, both of my children are in and out with no problem. To every one in the office, THANK YOU ALL for all you do, you are very well APPRECIATED!
