Dr Rick Meyers grew up in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is naturally a Pittsburgh Steeler fan. Dr Rick graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh. He attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After receiving his doctorate, and driven by his love for children, he continued his post-doctoral education and specialized in pediatric dentistry. He is proud to call his wife Holly his best friend (32 years and counting). They have three awesome children Katie, Corey, and Cameron. Dr. Rick also has more dogs than he would like to admit. He has been a dentist since 1986 and at this location for 26 years. He really enjoys any kind of sport whether it's watching, coaching or playing.
He is a member of several professional organizations including: The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the Central Arizona Dental Association, and the Arizona Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Rick continues to be voted by other dentists as a Phoenix Magazine Top Dentist. Congratulations! Once again Dr. Rick was voted as Top Pediatric Dentist in 2014/2015, this validates that other dentists in the valley would choose Dr. Rick as the pediatric dentist for their children.
Jackie has been watching the practice grow since 1991. She has two grown children, Chandra and Chad and three grand children Elliott, Ethan and Deacon who are the light of her life. Jackie maintains the day to day operation of the practice as our office manager. Jackie can make a sewing machine sing, whether it is making an outfit for her grand-kids on Halloween or creating unique projects for our office, she is second to none.
Julie joined the Wee Care team in June 2000. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She has two wonderful children, Justin and Jessica, and her dog, Lucy, who is in charge of them all. We lovingly refer to Julie as the front desk GODDESS! Congratulations to Jessica as she is entering her senior year at U of A studying Public health. We also want to thank Justin for his service to our country as he is now a part of the best Navy on the earth.
