This is another awful pediatric dentist that only sees dollar signs. Would not consider pulling baby teeth that were decayed. Did not care that my son had already had bad infections from crowns... would do crowns or nothing. Would not bring a child to a place that doesn't respect parents choices for their child. Greed is getting the best of these dentists and at the sacrifice and suffering of our children.

My little still has a couple procedures to go but Dr. Alex and her team are so patient and compassionate, excellent bedside manner and a pleasure to have help us. It's so worth the drive. I really appreciate the reassurance, understanding, and support of this dentist and staff who work with her. This is not an easy job but they make the dentist less scary and depressing for those with fears.

They are friendly do great work and makes my kid feel comfortable. They also have TV's for the kids that like watching TV while they work on their teeth.

Impossible to get ahold of! I've called many times for two separate appointments. For the first appointment I had a referral, and was transferred to the referral line..no answer. I called many times with the same result. I left multiple messages, and no one ever got back to me. Eventually the woman at the front desk just made the appointment because the woman who answers the referral line refused to answer. At this appointment, they looked at my daughter's temporary filling in her tooth that her regular dentist was unable to completely clean out due to her struggling. I was sent here for them to finish it since they are specifically a children's dentist and are more equipped to work on children. They said that it was fine, there was no need to work on her tooth, and to just leave it as is. Well my daughter had a cleaning back at her regular dentist months later, and there they said this same filling needs to be completed, the rest of the decay removed, and the filling replaced. They said the temporary filling is degrading and needs to be worked on. They told me to make an appointment at Wee Care again, no referral necessary since she's been there before. So I called Wee Care, and front desk answers. She transfers me straight to the referral line before I had the chance to say I don't have a referral and that my daughter's been here before...and yup, you guessed it, the referral lady didn't pick up. She should seriously be fired, because she's apparently getting paid to do NOTHING. I have yet to speak with her, despite the large amount of attempts. So again I left a message. I then requested to make an appointment TWICE on their website because I hadn't been contacted for days after the call and first online appointment request. All of these efforts lead to nothing!! I shouldn't even be doing this, as they should've fixed my daughter's tooth the FIRST TIME I went there! They just didn't feel like working that day apparently, and now I have to deal with trying to contact them, and making the VERY long drive if I'm lucky enough to make said appointment. I'm wasting time, gas, and stressing out over something they should've already done the first time..unacceptable. I do NOT recommend going here at ALL. If you do go here, please be prepared for a major stress headache, irritation, frustration, dissapointment, a feeling of helplessness, wasting your time, effort and gas.. and be prepared to advocate for yourself!!

They described the work they was gna do..Marcus always seems tired yawning. My daughter is getting major work done on her teeth hoping they are awake and alert doing it correctly. Arrived 25 mn before time appointment was at 9:30..it is 10:15 when they got her in..Lord be with them children that get their teeth done here.

So far so good. A very flexible and positive option. The dentist explained options to my anxious son and took his input seriously. The practice emphasized positive experiences to encourage life long dental care success. The practice is beautiful and kid friendly.
