Dentistry for me is about helping others. Many dental problems hurt and dental fears are usually high, especially when there is pain involved. As a dentist, I have the ability to relieve that pain and reduce the fears, and in most cases, instantly improve the quality of life for people
I learn every day and from every person that I meet. Every person is different and I am constantly exposed to new perspectives and ideas from different cultures, and I enjoy the constant learning I do in my practice. I believe that my caring nature and my desire to help others in the best way possible, and my constant practice of trying to see things from the shoes of the person I am treating, translates into patients who truly feel connected and cared for. Dr. Worrell was born in Richmond, Virginia and raised from the age of eight years old in St. Lucia, in the Caribbean. He is the second generation of dentists within his family. He has always had the utmost trust and complete absence of fear with dentists because hes only known his parents as his dentists all his life! He enjoys building the same level of trustful, fearlessness, and happy relationships with people, just as his experiences have been at the dentists office.
Dr. Worrell After the completion of his dental program at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Worrell returned to St. Lucia where he joined the dental practice of his mother and father, who were graduates of Georgetown University and University of Washington schools of dentistry. In Saint Lucia, Dr. Worrells passion for dentistry and patient education was fueled by a desire to help bring a confident smile to many of the islanders and tourists, and to promote the understanding that optimal general health begins with a happy smile. Upon his return to the states, Dr. Worrell worked as an associate in downtown Seattle and Redmond. After giving up on the wonderful Seattle commute, Dr. Worrell bought his practice and began his journey in private practice near by his home.
Dr. Worrell operates with the philosophy that makes sure all his patients are receiving the best possible care in maximum comfort. Careful listening is integral part of his practice. His calm demeanor and love for dentistry enable him to explain dental plans and treatments that reassure patients, especially children, and apprehensive patients. Dr. Worrell strives to provide gentle and caring dentistry to children and adults in a relaxing environment.
Along with his desire to help his patients, Dr. Worrell is also passionate about new advances in dentistry. He has invested greatly in new laser dental technologies and continuing education. By embracing the technologies and techniques on the cutting edge, Dr. Worrell provides his patients with the best care, the quickest healing time, and in the safest matter. He is a certified Invisalign provider and has countless hours of continuing education and advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, periodontal therapy, dental implants, TMJ disorders, and orthodontics (fixed brackets).
Dr. Worrells wife Maryam is a former grade-school teacher in the LWSD district. She hung up her teaching hat two years ago and is now the office manager of the practice, educating and advocating for their patients. They have a young daughter named Amira and an even younger son named Frederick Jr. Traveling, cycling, and spending time with friends and family is what Dr. Fred loves most. Growing up as an islander and practicing competitive swimming, Dr. Fred feeds his passion for the water through recreational swimming and sport fishing. His ears are always ready for a great fishing story! Along with a passion for dentistry, Dr. Worrell also loves good music, something all patients notice when theyre in our office.
How long have you been in dentistry: For 14 years. I started as an assistant then helped with front office duties and now a dental hygienist. I feel comfortable doing everything in the office to help my team when I can.
Your why (why are you passionate about dentistry): I enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal level not just professional. I want to educate patients on why they need treatment so that they understand the reason behind what they need. I want my patients to be healthy and educated.
Your why (why are you passionate about dentistry): As a mom and former teacher I am passionate about educating families on their oral health to maintain healthy and happy lives. There is nothing better than seeing a patient leave our office smiling from ear to ear.

Dr. Fred and his staff are the best! They make you feel very comfortable and keep you informed by saying exactly what is taking place. They definitely collaborate with me on procedures.

Very clean, modern office. From the seven step walkthrough with the Dental Assistant to check out & scheduling treatment everything was very personable, thorough & efficient. Liz, the hygienist, is amazing. My teeth are nearly squeaking (lol). Dr. Worrell is kind and has great patience and bedside manner. Love this office so far.

My son has been going to this dentist for at least 3 years Dr. Worrell is a terrific dentist but I am now forced to find someone else. Recently my son had a basic cleaning and possible xray. I asked what is my out of pocket cost and was told zero. I was told zero the day I booked the appointment, the date they confirmed and the actual day. Three days after the cleaning I received a bill for almost $200. I have since made 2 calls to get an answer and was told each time someone would call me back. ...

Dr. Worrell and team is simply amazing. Their Hygienist was very thorough and explained the dental maintenance very well. Dr. Worrell caught many issues with the previous root canals that were done back in India and helped me in getting them redone. The previous pain and funny feeling around those teeth are gone now. Now, I am in the crowning phase of those teeth. Few more sittings to go!Also, Dr. Worrell used laser while filling my cavities. He also smoothened ridges on the sides of my teeth and removed a possibility of cavities in them. Their dental assistant filled them up perfectly. Of course it's all very very expensive , but worth it for me!

All staff members are professional and friendly. They make you feel welcomed and show interest in your concerns/ questions. I've never liked going to the dentist. I had A LOT of work that I needed done and Dr. Frederick Worrell gave me the BEST experience. No pain and I love the care I received. I highly recommend this office! You guys rock!

wedental staff are very warm and welcoming as well as professional and masterful in their work. the gum/ tooth evaluation (with the pokes and measurements) was the most gentle evaluation I've ever had. it didn't hurt and it is usually excruciating because my roots are exposed. the physical space is simple and clean.

Dr. Worrell is so compassionate. He cares about how you are after he has finished the work. I had 11 teeth pulled for health reasons and he called me the next day to make sure I was getting better. When a few days later I had some pain I did not expect. He made room for me within an hour. This is a dentist I would recommend to anyone. I had questions and he took the time to explain what I needed to know. Thank you.

Every time I've needed to get a procedure done, Dr. Worrell always takes the time to walk me through each step to ensure that I am comfortable and at ease during my visit. On top of that, the music they play: *chef kiss* I feel confident in my oral hygiene because of the care I have received from the team at WeDental!

Hi everyone I'm writing this review to hopefully help someone make the decision to change their life! I had to get dentures and because I believe in being an informed patient I decided to go with Implant retained dentures. I found the wonderful people at European dentures in Everett Wa. They referred me to Dr. Worrell who in my opinion is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to he explained the different options to me very thoroughly. I now have 8 implants and the smile that I always wanted but nature couldn't give to me. I highly recommend We Dental 5 stars isn't enough, so if you find yourself in the need of dental work or a full mouth restoration do yourself a favor and just call Dr. Worrell's office his staff are the best!

I am 72 years young. Waited far to long to get my teeth taken care of. My case involved broken off teeth and a chance that my jaw mite break or crack. So sad. Did not know if I could do it , mentally. Dr Worrell took the time to allow me to understand all that was going to take place. A wonderful man and Dr. He worked on me for over two hours. No problems, all is so much better for me now. Can't say enough about how great a very bad thing turned into a wonderful thing. Thank you ALL at WEDENTAL.

Dr. Worrell and his staff are always more than accommodating. The fact that they have cutting-edge technology and knowledge is my first reason for being there. My absolute reason is because they are concise with treatment plans and progress on dental health. WEDental is a place for all generations; especially this next one because of the direct reflection between both cardiovascular and dental well being.
