Most of the complaints are about them being rude or in a hurry ,not about the work they do, go to gentle dental if you want to be babied, they get it done and do it quick, fine with me, two of my experiences there have been two of my best experiences with dentist.

Great Doctors , and the New staff are great. They treat you very kind and like family.

I went there with my son and I really enjoyed the whole visit. Dr. David is very awesome and gentle and the whole staff goes out of there way to make your visit their best. I will always recommend this office to anyone young or elder. Keep making our smiles wonderful Webster Square Dental

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by this office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have anxiety when visiting the dentist but doctors take the time to explain the procedures and ensure that I feel comfortable before doing anything. I have seen Dr. Lam and Dr. David who are both great dentist!

I really enjoy the staff at this location, and received nothing but wonderful care from the doctors, dental assistants and reception. They are also very accommodating when it comes to rescheduling, as well as reminding you about upcoming appointments :)

I have been going to this dental office for many years. One day I was having terrible pain on a tooth and they fit me in right away. They will accommodate you anyway they can. Patient and kind.

I recently moved to town and this office was recommended by my cousin. I must say that so far my experience has been nothing but great. My doctor is very patient, kind and thorough.

I agree with the other patients. This clinic has very unprofessional staff - from the receptionist to the dentist. Either one is rude or curt, or the other is in a rush; or something. I guess that is why they give out free toothbrush and a small colgate to make up for it :)

What an awful experience TWICE! I went for a cleaning and exam. The cleaning was rushed.. and half assed and she hit me with the xray machine in the head/face 3x, oops is what she said each time...when they called 6 months later for my next cleaning I told them of my experience with their hygienist last time so they said give them another shot and let the actual dentist do the cleaning...ok...EVEN WORSE... dentist is rushed, rude, terrible bed side manners, and just leaves the room without even letting you know she's finished. I sat there with my spit bib still on until a receptionist came in and said oh, the dentist is finished. You can leave now. Terrible!

It was horrible I was in pain the hold time and uncomfortable, it felt like they were rushing things especially the dentist, she literally did what she had todo gave me an estimate on some more work I needed to be done and left, just rude. Kinda felt like the dentist dint want to do anymore so now I gotta pay.
