I went for a cleaning, I thought the hygienist was awesome, I did notice the dentist seemed a little rude to the staff but I shrugged it off as he was maybe having a bad day. I returned today for a filling, it was truly the worst experience I ever had at a dentist. Again the women who helped the dentist were great, he however was so rude to them. He also was pretty short with me. I can't say if the actual work he did was good or bad but I can say that in my opinion he needs to work on his bedside manner. I actually returned to this dentist because the dentist I had originally left.. my experience recently was much better, the dentist was very professional and did a very good job. I will continue going here, I do recommend people give it a try.

I love my dear, sweet, talented dentist with the hands of an angel. And her amazing staff. Her dentist technician is too kind to me. I cannot believe the kindness and skill I receive there. Oh my goodness. I am still reeling in disbelief. I did something not very smart. I accidentally ate a peanut with a temporary crown in...yes I admit it!! Anyone who has this knows that is a BIG NO!! So yes I broke a piece of it off! What did they do? They took me right in right away! Did they shame me? No! Not at all! They would not let me shame myself either. And my dentist with hands of an angel did such a great job the first time around they did not have to even numb me to fix it oh my goodness! No pain at all. And I am such a baby for pain and it did not even hurt!! Oh I look like Tom Cruise! I love my dentist I told her please do not leave this practice because I will follow you wherever you go! And I love my dental assistant she cannot leave either I cannot allow it!Lol! Oh the staff is so lovely there ! I love Webster Smiles they make going to the dentist a lovely time and thank you for putting up with me I love you all so much !!!

Terrible customer service and mediocre dental work. Id look else where. Also Jacky the receptionist very rude.

I just had a cavity filled and it was the best dental procedure I've ever had the guy who did the work and the assistant were both great and I didn't even feel the novacaine being administered 10/10

WORST customer service ever! DONT want to come back ever! They will send my release form at the end or the day when I needed it because of terrible pain. I was discriminated ny Jacky the receptionists saying she cant help me because Im no show when I just gave birth and cant keep my time to come because of my newborn. Horrible experience please dont come to this clinic. The dentist however is good but the front liners are worst! Please change JACKY!! You are embarrassment to the clinic! Shame on you

I've been coming here for a long time. Clean area inside. They usually have a kids place to hang out and play games but it's under construction. Been that way for awhile. They always take me early. The upfront staff are nice and professional. The hygienists and Dentists are very nice and very good at their job. They do a great job and they are very gentle. I now live in Worcester and I still travel to Webster to come here. I definitely would recommend.

I can't say enough about what a great Dental office this is. The staff and dentist are wonderful. Throughout my visits for dentures they explained every step of the process and were so kind and supportive. They truely were a blessing and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Webster Smiles!

Told me i didn't have a cavity, so I took it upon myself to go get a second opinion. I did have a cavity. Filled a cavity on husband's teeth and it was filled incorrectly and husband had to go back and damand they fix it. I recently had a tooth refilled, they were sloppy while doing filling. several days later my tooth broke with filling. I went back had them fix and was not happy at all. I would stay the heck away from these people. One more thing, if you go to get medical records from them, they have this policy that they will close you out of services. They didn't even relay this before I requested records.

I have really bad dental anxiety and the staff and dentist were aware and made me feel very comfortable. My dentist was kind and empathetic and did not make me feel like a child in trouble. He did a wonderful job with my cleaning and my teeth look great! Going to the dentist is not a nightmare at Webster Smiles.

I got very shallow fillings done (confirmed by another dentists) was told they were very deep. I left with a month worth of jaw face ear pain l, of course tooth pain. Funny thing is the receptionist experienced the same thing I did from the dentist! Now I'm looking at getting 2x root canals because of complications from the work. Find another dentist, or maybe see the man that works there. The woman is nice but the fillings took 5 shots of lidocaine and took an hour! Adios..

Called up had emergency got me in.pretty quickly however very UNPROFFESIONAL spent 5 mins in the chair fractured wisdom tooth wrote me prescription for antibiotic and a pain med I had allergy to had to bring to their attention when leaving then gave referral for oral surgeons that didn't take my insurance the second pain med only covered 3 days finally got appointment for oral surgeon on my own was not on list they gave me for July 30 2020 I am now out of pain meds called them to get more until surgery never got a call back I am now suffering in pain until July 30 2020 DEFINEATELY don't recommend Webster smiles as a dentist

I must say, the staff are awesome! Very helpful, informational, step by step with my needs. My experience was excellent! Work done made me happy, confident, and good looking (wink wink).it is worth to stop in and see them.
