Drs. are amazing but this is one place you should avoid due to front desk staff. Extremely unfriendly. I happened to notice that my kid used to say "Hi" to these folks all the time and none responded. They just ignore it. Last I checked this is pediatric dentistry. Get a grip smile, laugh, and be pleasant as we pay for our service.

Now will no longer accept Child Health Plus insurance. Terrible, all kids deserve quality dental care! Greed over care for kids

Dr. Skolnick is awesome!!! He performed an emergency procedure to fix my daughter's crown on Super Bowl Sunday. 30 minutes before the start of the Superbowl, my daughter says, "Hey dad, there is something wrong with my tooth". I look inside her mouth and the wire guard has lifted up the crown on her tooth. Despite my best effort, I am not able to put it back on. So I call Webster Pediatric Dental and left a message. Dr. Skolnick called me right back, I told him the issue and he said to meet us in 30 minutes. We drove right to the office, where he had everything already set up. He performed the procedure and within 20 minutes we were on our way home. Dr. Skolnick your compassion, patience, and dedication is outstanding.

This practice was so great with both of my kids! Love the pics on the ceiling for them to look at during the dental cleaning , the sunglasses if the light is too bright, the songs that the dentist sant to my reluctant daughter who ended up saying " I love the dentist !" By the time we got home! Highly recommend this practice for your kiddies!

This dentist office has been the BEST experience for my children! They love to go! Dr Jay is beyond kind and patient. The staff is absolutely marvelous and makes each experience personalized to the little patients they serve. Go there, you will love it!

My kids actually enjoy going to the Dentist! Dr Jay and his team are so great. So lucky to have found them.

This practice was so great with both of my kids! There is no one better than this office. From the ladies who take your call, to the techs, to the doctors....this office is the best. As a father of 2, you will never find more compassionate, understanding, professional and caring people than at Webster Pediatric Dentistry. My wife and I drive from Irondequoit but would follow this practice ANYWHERE because of the staff and doctors. I swear if I could, I would give 6 stars to them because of who they are. Thank you so much, Rich Miller

Webster Pediatric Dentistry has provided me and my family with excellent service for years. They even managed to squeeze me in for an appointment to fill a cavity during my Thanksgiving break from college ahead of my scheduled appointment in December. I would highly recommend them to any family.

Awful customer service! I called asking something about my son, the woman told me that she would have to call me back or have her manager cal me back, but I never received a call. The secretary on the phone was incredibly rude to me too. I will not be recommending this office.
