For more than 30 years, Dr. Michael Connolly has been spreading smiles in Chicago. After graduating from St. Norbert College in Wisconsin, Dr. Connolly furthered his education with a degree from Loyola Universitys School of Dentistry. My temporary crown broke. Stephenie had to redo both and took her time to perfect them. Although it took her an hour and 45 minutes and they are perfect now.

I personally would like to thank Dr. Perez and Stephanie for their professionalism. It was only a 3 star review the reason being, most of the front clerks are not friendly, except for one dark haired lady who has been pleasant on approach and helpful in accomplishing my paperwork. I am a new patient but I am not happy especially with one of these front clerks, blonde haired, with a demeaning look and attitude while I say thank you with a smile on my way out. She needs to improve on her people skills. She has NONE!

Literal worst with scheduling. Waited two months for a simple teeth cleaning and they call me three days before saying the hygienist isn't going to be in the day of my appt. HOW?! Hire more. Never coming back.

I've been here a few times now for routine cleanings and exams. The staff, hygienist, and doctors are very friendly and professional. I feel they do a great job and seem genuinely engaged in caring for their patients.

If you expect your children to see the pediatric dentist here..DON'T waist your time. My kids had cleanings with the hygienist at the end of December...Apparently my daughter had a cavity that required a filling. The only dentist (the pediatric dentist) that can do a filling was out on maternity leave & wouldn't be able to do it until 2/15! I really didn't want to wait that long.(.they referred me to another office that they refer patients to & they had a long wait too) Ok-so after waiting 6 weeks for this appointment I get a call from the office on 2/15 saying that the dentist wouldn't be able to do it and the next opening she has was on 3/8!!!!!!! Another 3 week wait on a filling! They were not willing to accommodate my daughter to try to get her in any sooner. They didn't seem at all concerned with the fact that we are waiting 2 months for a filling. Luckily, I got a referral to another dentist who took us the next day 2/16! This practice feels "cold" not accommodating, not personable, and they obviously don't care about losing patients.

A routine cleaning here turned out to very detailed and attentive, organized, and thorough. All of the staff I interacted with were patient, friendly, and professional, and the experience was seamless. The gift bag at the end was a nice touch, and the space was clean. Dr. Torphy is the best!

The hygienist Kelly and dentist Dr. Perez took care to identify problems after a longer than usual absence, due to the pandemic. The hygienist, with whom I spent my most time, was very patient-oriented, polite, detail-oriented, and efficient. Dr. Perez was pleasant as she described the dental situation and fielded knowledgably my questions about further treatment. An excellent experience.

One of my (many) crowns became dislodged while I was eating dinner one night last week. (Please note that this particular crown had been made for me by another dental office, not by Webster Dental.) Webster was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next day. Dr. Torphy at the La Grange Park office did a wonderful job cementing my crown back in place. Fee was reasonable. This was my first visit, and as a result of my good experience I have decided to make Webster my regular dental office from now on.

Great service! My dentist is among the best (Dr. Murphy)! You will be well satisfied with the work performed at this practice. They appear to be professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. I would highly recommend this dental office!!!
