I've been a patient at Webster Dental for about 21/2 years. They're Clean, organized, timely. Always Taken within 5-7 minutes of arrival. Very thorough examination and explanation. I get cleanings and is currently having my braces done from them. the dentist makes you feel very comfortable. They provided me with a payment plan to assist with the payments since my insurance declined my claim after 4 months of having the braces in. They are are extremely understanding and will work with you. I highly recommend them

I became a patient here in 2017 when it was a private practice not yet part of Webster Dental Care, and I was very happy. The dentist-owner retired (I know she's loving golfing and baking these days!), and this became Webster Dental Care of Berwyn. The transition wasn't smooth in my case (their new system disappeared me and I had to start afresh), but it got worked out by friendly folks, and I know it's never easy to flawlessly transition a practice. Enter Dr. Klyber who began at this location after the business transition dust had settled. I got mighty lucky to be assigned to Dr. Klyber, as she's just a delightful, good-hearted soul with all the competence and knowledge you'd want in a dentist. I can't say enough good things about her. I've also had very positive staff interactions, with a lone exception at the front desk a long time ago (he was grumpy, then I got grumpy, then we both got grumpy, then I continued to get grumpier, but he's since moved on and I've gotten over it, so it's all good again). Apart from that one occurrence, I realize all my interactions have been stellar, like with office manager Sandy and absolutely all others, so I'm going to focus on the heaps of good vibes this place shares freely instead of one imperfect moment. The practice is in a great, walkable location for many residents of Berwyn, Riverside, Lyons, and Stickney; the practice recently got a parking lot also, so you don't have the hassle of parking on Ogden Avenue if you drive. Patients may work with staff in English or Spanish. It's an attractive edifice outside, and it's nice and clean inside. I really like the multi-level floors (it's still entirely accessible for those who can't manage stairs, so no worries there) in the area with the examination rooms. The decor selections are zen and calming, and all the exam rooms are kitted out with the latest equipment and huge flat-screen TVs if you want to watch something while you're there (they even let you pick your show or just enjoy the quiet if you prefer). I'm most content here, and I hope it stays just the way it is.

Staff is always friendly and professional. You are seen at the time of your appointment which is always good. The Dental team are very thorough and explain to you all your issues clearly, especially for someone like me who has not taken care of my teeth well at all, so I have lots of work to do and I'm comfortable in getting it at this new dental office I chose.

So far it's been a good experience. I've changed dentist the last 4 or so years due to their lack professionalism and humanity but Dr Klyber and her staff have been great. Attentive, clean and for the most part everyone has a smile on their face .

Recently took my 5 yr old for a check up and it was absolutely a great experience for her. Everyone was super gentle, made her feel relaxed and comfortable. Even turned the appointment into a game so she wouldn't feel nervous or scared. The x-ray tech was great, Luis the Hygienist was awesome, and Dr. Hummel was great as well. Thank you for making her feel welcomed and comfortable!

This is my review from back in 08/2019. I had chipped my tooth the day before i was leaving on a work trip. Doctor McCarron got me in the same day and made it look like nothing happened.

I've never been to Webster dental but I'm just curious why the owner only comments on four and five star reviews never on the negative reviews to possibly clear up any issues that may be happening there I'm looking for a dentist right now and that seems very skeptical to me

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I am not sure if it's lack of staff training or arrogance of the dentist or a combination of both but this office is clearly uninterested in making potential new patients feel welcome, comfortable or confident in their abilities. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment which I was told to come early for to fill out new patient paper work. After 30 minutes of waiting I was given an update that the doctor was running behind. I was the one that had to mention the paperwork and was then asked "Oh are you a new patient?" Seriously?? after sitting there for 30 minutes? Also I was there for a consult and was not asked to bring x-rays, prior dental records, etc. until I sat in the chair at which time the periodontist seemed overwhelmed and rushed which was further reinforced by his was curt and condescending attitude. Would NEVER trust these people with my dental work.

I decided to move to a new dental office because my current one was deep in the city and this office was 5 blocks from me. My 2 boys are patients here at Webster and i really liked the way they treated them. Dr. Zach Hummel was great explaining everything to all of us and his bedside manner was top notch! Closer location, great service, why not switch over?! I call on the day of the appointment to confirm if we were still on. Typically we get a text or call from any office to confirm, that did not happen. The young lady was nice and said "I think they did call you and it was confirmed, the little box is checked" to which I said no one called me about this. I confirmed they did in fact have the correct number. No problem it happens, I arrived at 12:50pm because as a new patient I know there are forms to fill out. did that quickly and took a seat. After sitting there for 40mins I asked the front desk about my 1pm appointment, she walked back and and said they were backed up today and that I was next. I was the only person sitting there. You see a 1pm appt. sitting for 30 mins why not go figure out what is going on relay that, "hey sorry but were backed up" Is this on the patient to figure out why the appt. they set is late? another 10 mins pass now 1:40pm the tech comes out and walks me into the room. We go over somethings, he was nice and well spoken. I mentioned that my appt was at 1pm and i was pressed for time, to which he said we are a bit backed up but we will take care of you don't worry. He leaves and in walks a dentist and says "I will be your dentist today and we will".... I interrupt her politely and say I am here to see Dr. Zach Hummel the dentist my 2 boys see. This dentist was confused and in the wrong room apparently?! Remember the clocks been ticking for 45mins. and I haven't even started my visit let alone seen the correct dentist at which point I told the tech I wanted to leave and think about this whole move a bit more. Why wouldn't you talk to your patients new or old of a delay in service? Is the onus on the patient to figure out what is going on back there? What a complete disregard for the patient's time. I valued their schedule by arriving early to fill out paperwork as to not mess with their schedule. Yet the same was not even considered for me as a patient. As a new patient coming in from another practice, wouldn't you want to gain their business especially if you already see 2 within their household?! At no point in this experience did anyone except for the tech say, hey I apologize/ sorry for this. Or I see this is a big mess up, what can we do better? It was a literal domino effect of misstep after misstep, but I'm left wondering where is the management? At no point did the office manger ask or step in to this to see what was happening. Could have added a 3rd patient, instead your down 2. I think ill take our business elsewhere!

I will like to thank the dentist she did a great job very gentle and also the hygienist help her a lot. My tooth feels great. Also she took me right away I appreciate that. I will definitely go back to Webster dental.
