For more than 30 years, Dr. Michael Connolly has been spreading smiles in Chicago. After graduating from St. Norbert College in Wisconsin, Dr. Connolly furthered his education with a degree from Loyola Universitys School of Dentistry. Webster Dental was amazing! Its always hard to find a dental office that you trust and that has amazing staff but I finally found one and I can say my experience has been great. Special thank you to Dr. Peterson and his team Daniel and Lauren. I had all my wisdom teeth removed and was extremely nervous but they reassured me and we very comforting. The surgery went amazing and I could not be happier with the results.

I will never go to their Skokie office again. They take on too many patients at that location. 50% of the time I was made to wait a while before being seen by the dentist. One time I was made to wait over 3 hours even though I was told the oral surgeon would see me that day. They just kept telling me that "he would be with me soon". The oral surgeon that did my tooth extraction was always in a hurry and on two operate occasions did not place a part of the implant in correctly, which caused it to break when I would eat. He didn't appear to believe me when I told him that it kept coming unscrewed even though I kept stressing to him that was exactly what was happening. I was made to feel as though it was my fault that the part kept breaking - not just by the oral surgeon either. I finally had to go see another dentist in order to have the piece placed correctly. Worst experience ever with a dentist.

Don't you ever go to this place in your entire life, I've gotten my wisdom teeth pulled all four and they ended up giving me nerve damage on my tongue one half of the side. And it's permanent. And doctor could do cleaning but surgical is where you being a doctor comes in place and they did terrible... thank you for screwing me over and scaring me for the rest of my life

This place is a scam organization. I have specifically told them that I am only doing procedures that is covered by my insurance. They agree to it and give me out out pocket cost that I pay the same day. Several weeks later they keep sending me new bills $400 in this case that I need to pay. This is the 3rd time the same thing is happening. I am about to contact the Illinois' Attorney General and report the business if they keep still sending me this bill. I see lot of other people had the same problems so I suggest you do the same. I assume most of the 5 star reviews are fake.

Dr. Abdullah, his assistant Jackie and the welcoming staff person all made me feel welcome at Webster Dental Care North Suburban today. Going forward, I feel safe in Dr. Abdullah's hands and trust he and his staff to take care of my needs.

Webster gave me a list of insurance companies that they use and I have consistently been billed wrong and the insurance says that their dentists are out of network. I have been speaking with the insurance company and Webster since last year and it seems like no one can fix this problem while Webster continues to send me bills for over $900 of money that should be covered by the dental insurance. We will finish up my daughters braces since I've already paid in full for them but we will probably never see a dentist there again, I can not take the stress of what they are constantly putting me through.

Drs. Abdullah and Gasser are topnotch! They did not disappoint as my most recent visit was the conclusion of an implant process, the crown. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also, I had questions about a statement and the young man out front at the first station (nearest the entrance) was just terrific - answering my questions and resolving a billing issue. I'm sorry I don't recall his name. I highly recommend Webster Dental after years of exoerience with them.

My first wisdom teeth removal wasn't the best experience. Dr. Peterson was very cold, did not offer any words of encouragement, or explained the procedure the day of, he just went right in and yanked out both teeth. I felt rushed and not welcomed at all. A simple "you did great" would have been nice to hear since I was awake during the procedure. I was also over charged and have been trying to get a refund for the past few weeks. Staff mentions that they do not notify you if you paid more and keep it as credit? This isn't even my regular dentist. I was referred to come here to only take out my wisdom teeth. I want my $80 back. They would tell you they would call you back but never does. I don't understand what the reason is to keep the extra $ from your customers..

We were told they took our insurance (after they had us send the info) and scheduled an appointment for our son. Next thing we know we are charged $500 for being "out of network" and they said they would look into it. We never get a call back (after multiple inquiries l) and they just keep sending a bill and saying they will call back when I call to inquire. Disappointing experience as our son liked the dentist, but we feel lied to and can not believe they are charging $500 for a simple cleaning.

Extremely unprofessional. They were making fun of our account balance without realizing we were sitting in front of them. We've been calling for months trying to pay it, but no one can ever help us. Each time we call, we're told they aren't the right people to speak with and the right people are unavailable. They've never called us back even though we've asked. They are not at all interested in helping us get it sorted out. Instead, they made fun of us in front of the entire office. After they realized we were sitting right there, they continued to make comments and wonder out loud if we heard them. They never even acknowledged our balance with us. There was no mention of it besides amongst themselves. On top of that, they were also talking about another patient's misallocated funds and how the patient would never see a return on that investment... Since they incorrectly applied it to something else and we're not going to fix it. What a disgusting way to treat patients.
