The doctor will explain any dental issues, formulate a personalized treatment plan, and answer all your questions.
If a dental emergency occurs during regular office hours, please call our office as early in the day as possible. If you have a dental emergency when the office is closed, please call our answering service at920-435-1998.
With this in mind, it is important to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of your individual policy. Our business staff will be available to help answer any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your dental claims. Please remember, the balance of your account is your responsibility.
You may request an estimate for any recommended dental treatment, and if necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our business staff. A service charge will be applied to all accounts not paid in full within 90 days of treatment.
