Dr. Timothy Weber joined St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1994. He has a special interest in dental implants with an emphasis on complicated treatments with adjunctive procedures. He also specializes in areas of orthognathic/reconstructive surgery, trauma, and general oral surgery. In his free time Dr. Weber enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Dr. Richard Weber, Jr. graduated from DeSmet Jesuit High School in 1981, then attended the six-year combined BA-MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. After Dr. Weber completed medical school, he did a general surgery internship, followed by dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He then completed a 4-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Louisville. Dr. Weber joined his father and brother in practice at St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1995.
Dr. Weber practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with an emphasis on dental implant placement, orthognathic/reconstructive surgery, and the treatment of oral pathology. He also provides multiple anesthesia and sedation techniques for patients of all ages to make their surgical experience more pleasant. Dr. Weber uses his unique medical and dental background to provide the highest level of specialty care.
Dr. Brent Kincaid joined us in 2009 after completing 12 years of service as a dentist and oral surgeon in the United States Air Force. Dr. Kincaid grew up in the St. Louis area and attended the six-year dental program at UMKC, graduating in 1997. He immediately entered the United States Air Force, where he completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency, followed by three years as a practicing Air Force dentist.
In 2001, he entered advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Air Forces largest trauma and training hospital, Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Upon completing his residency, he was assigned to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he served on the hospital staff and was the director of oral surgery training for the AEGD residency. His military service took him to such diverse places as Virginia, South Korea, Colorado, Texas, Greenland, and Belize. He separated at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and moved back home to join St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he was a former patient! Dr. Kincaids areas of interest include corrective jaw surgery, anesthesia, and dental implant reconstruction.
He practices the full scope of oral surgery, including orthognathic, traumatic reconstruction, dentoalveolar treatments, conservative and surgical treatment of temporo-mandibular disorder and treatment of benign pathology. Dr. Carn has an excellent chairside manner with all age ranges, including pediatric and elderly patients.
Dr. Carn graduated magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2012. He recently obtained a medical degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He has undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biology from Brigham Young University.
Dr. Carn is happily married with four children and enjoys spending time with family and watching his kids participate in sports and dance. He is an Eagle Scout with numerous undergraduate and post-graduate honors. He enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, reading, and serving at his church and in the community in his free time.

Dr. Tim Weber is the only oral surgeon I will go to. He has extracted two of my teeth and has done and implant on one of them. When an extraction wasn't healing properly, Dr. Weber made it his mission to explore the reason why. When he discovered that I'd had a Prolia shot just days after my extraction he found his answer. He tried to contact my endocrinologist several times and she would not return his call. He went beyond the call of duty for me and was able to heal my extraction without her consultation. He contacted me several times by phone, just as he did when I had the extraction, and was so personally concerned with my healing. I appreciate his sincere caring and consideration. He's absolutely the best oral surgeon ever and takes a personal interest in his patients. I cannot speak more highly of him or recommend him more highly as an oral surgeon.

So this is an interesting story and possibly something of an anomaly. I had a rotten wisdom tooth on the top, and I was having bad nerve pain in my lower jaw, I think it is called referred pain. But anyway Doctor Weber kept telling me he thought I had trigeminal neuralgia and he came across in an abrasive manner to me, and I was hurting extremely bad which made me more irritable than usual, and I kind of got short with him. But anyway for his information and everyone else's, he did a great job and my pain went away right afterwards. I'd give him a 5 star review but was just too dismissive of the pain I was having. I'd love for him to read this and realize I know he's great, just some corrective criticism. It was strange pain, away from the area of the bad tooth, but it was very, very real I assure you. Thanks again Doctor Weber for getting me pain free!

Dr. Timothy Weber is amazing! During the consultation and before my oral surgery he went over everything in detail. He has a very personable bed side manner and I was pleasantly surprised that he called the evening after my surgery to see how I was doing. If you are in need of oral surgery I highly recommend him!

Dr. Tim is the best doctor, he helped my son and had the mesiodens removed at St.Luke's hospital. He offered us the best price of this type of procedure. He was very helpful and supportive from the beginning until my kids recovered from the surgery and called us the next day.

I had a rather unfortunate issue that required a complex procedure and was in need of an oral surgeon. I asked my primary dentist and his partner who is the best oral surgeon in the greater St. Louis/St. Charles area and they told me to see Dr. Rick Weber Jr. I cannot imagine receiving better care than what Dr. Weber and his staff provided. I had some anxiety and concerns regarding the various steps of the procedure and Dr. Weber was not only thorough in discussing the procedure, but also answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Weber told me that he understood my anxiety, but told me that there would be no issues and that everything would be just fine. His demeanor was such that he was kind and compassionate while his expertise was evident. He and his staff did a great job in communicating to me exactly what to expect, and they were spot on. The surgery went amazingly well and I could not have hoped for a better outcome. I had no complications at all and the entire process was a breeze. I could not give a stronger recommendation. Thank you Dr. Rick Weber!!!

Dr. Weber is the best doctor in St.Louis! I was so nervous before my appt. His kindness made me relax! Dr Richard Weber is by far the absolute worst dentist I've ever been unfortunate enough to meet. Besides the rude comments, arrogance and just downright horrible bedside manners, the man is just a butcher. Minimal numbing medications and when asking to be completely numbed for the procedure was told I need to act like an adult. When I told him to stop because of the pain I had to forcibly stop him . I would not recommend him to ANYONE. I feel sorry for anyone who has to have anything to do with him. Not just his patients but those who work there with him. I can only hope he someday karma blesses him with horrific pain like he caused me.

Both Dr. Timothy Weber and Dr Richard Weber have done my implants. I have 5 (5th one started yesterday) and so far and never had a problem, not much pain at all. I will only go to them if I need implants. They make sure you are okay while performing the implant and their staff are wonderful. Definitely recommend them.
