Sonya has been in customer support for over 18 years. She enjoys being the friendly smile behind the desk and helping people both in person and over the phone. As the Scheduling Coordinator, it is exciting for her to meet the patients, help them schedule through their entire treatment, and see the beautiful smile at the end of their transformation.
