Dr. Matt Weber graduated from Marquette Dental School in 1993. He continued his schooling in a one-year general practice residency at the VA hospital in Salt Lake City, UT and started private practice in 1994. Dr. Weber continues his education with over 100 hours of continuing education annually when only 15 are required to maintain a Wisconsin license. He actively participates in two study clubs that focus on TMJ Treatment, Cosmetic and Complex Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Weber has completed the Continuum Courses at the acclaimed Pankey Institute for advanced dental studies. This is a series of 6 one week classes that focus on doctor patient relationships, advanced restorative dentistry and practice management. Dr. Weber continues to attend focus courses and serves in a supportive role as consulting faculty. Dr. Weber has been married to his wife Joy since 1993 and has two daughters Brittany and Ashley. Brittany is a nurse and Ashley attends UAB. Dr. Weber enjoys downhill skiing, cross country skiing, sailing and golf. He continues to actively compete in sailing and cross country skiing. He recently started competing in biathalons.
Helen started working at Weber Dental in 2012. She taught for 20+ years at Queen of Apostles School in Pewaukee before joining the family business. Outside of work, she enjoys any outdoor activities, woodworking, and spending time with family.
Sheryl has been an office manager in Dr. Weber's practice since September 2018. Prior to working at Weber Dental, she worked for an ophthalmologist, in a public library, at an in-home day care, and in sales. She was a substitute teacher for 12 years and a stay at home mom. Her background is in Communications-Broadcasting, with a minor in Spanish. She loves to travel, and has been to 14 different countries. She and her husband have 4 grown children and are enjoying their empty nest. One of her favorite pastimes is hanging with her grandson!
Torrie grew up in Albany, IL and attended Marquette University. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 2000. She lives in Menomonee Falls with her family, including 2 kids, Kendall and Charlie. Her current hobbies include driving her kids to sports and other activities. She also enjoys reading and traveling anywhere warm with her family.
Rayna joined the Weber team in July of 2020. She has a dregree in Industrial Design from UW Stout and in Dental Hygiene from WCTC. She has been practicing hygiene since 2003. She has a daughter that keeps her busy. Rayna also enjoys art, the outdoors, building and remodeling.
Mary joined the team at Weber Dental in February 2019. She has been a dental assistant for more than 20 years. With a diverse background, she is able to cater to clients of all ages. She has even helped do dental work on animals at the MIlwaukee Zoo. Outside of work, Mary enjoys fishing, hiking and hunting.

When I tell friends I am going to the dentist they say "O lucky you!" And my reply is "I love going to my dentist!" I love having my teeth cleaned! Dr. Matt is my 2nd generation dentist at Weber Dental. I now drive fifty miles to receive excellent care and have been a patient for over 40 years!

Dr Weber and the entire staff at Weber Dental are kind & and a excellent value for our time. My child LOOKS FORWARD to her dental visits. She especially likes the personal service & getting a glimpse of behind- the -scenes on a family business. Thanks for keeping our whole family healthy!

My family has been coming to the Drs. Weber for many, many years, in fact, my grandfather, an oral surgeon, recommended Dr. Fred to my family when I was still a kid. Now his son, Dr. Matt is running the show, though dad still helps from time to time. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

Very happy with my first appointment. Everyone was very friendly & went over what was to be covered during the exam. I will Highly recommend this place to friends & relatives. Not everyone is excited to go to the dentist -but this place makes you feel comfortable & the follow up & attention to what you need is spot on.
