In fact, nothing is more important to me than their well-being. I have built my practice around the values, ethics, integrity and experience that I would expect out of a healthcare professional, and it is my goal to treat each patient and their family members as I would my own family.

I am proud to be a graduate of Arkansas State University, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. A native Texan, I came to Jonesboro with the incredible opportunity to play basketball for ASU. (GO RED WOLVES!) During my time here, I fell in love with the community and knew it was a great match for my family and me to return to. I continued my education at West Virginia University, where I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. I graduated with highest honors and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. I then continued my education at West Virginia University by completing a three-year residency in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, receiving a certificate of specialty in orthodontics and Masters of Science Degree in Biology. I was trained and practice the unique diagnostic and treatment philosophy of the Six Elements of Orofacial Harmony. This incorporates dental and facial treatment planning practices that optimize dental and facial esthetics.

As a professional, I am committed to maintaining my education and staying current with the latest advancements in my field. I attend as much continuing education as my schedule allows, completing several times the required amount of continuing education each year. I am a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, Arkansas Association of Orthodontists, Arkansas Dental Association, Six Elements Study Club and the Crowleys Ridge Study Club.

I am married to my wife, Ashlyn, and we have three wonderful children. Jonesboro was a great match for our family and a wonderful place to raise our children. When I am not working, I enjoy working out, playing with my kids, traveling, and attending ASU and WVU sporting events. You may occasionally catch me challenging the neighborhood kids to a pick-up basketball game or shooting for bonus tickets at Chuck E Cheese. I believe in having fun every day and sharing in that fun with other people whenever possible.

Id like to begin by telling you a little about my path to become an orthodontist, as it looks slightly different than you may expect. During my senior year at Arkansas State University, I was shocked to be diagnosed with breast cancer. Over the next year and a half, I had multiple surgeries and chemotherapy treatments, and it was through spending time in numerous medical offices that I was able to truly understand the impact that health care providers can have on the lives of their patients. Moving forward, I knew that I wanted to choose a profession where I would have daily opportunities to positively influence those around me. Now, eight years later, I am so thankful to be fulfilling that vision as an orthodontist in Jonesboro, Arkansas. What better way to have a positive impact on someone than by giving them a beautiful, healthy smile that should last their entire life!

After graduating from Arkansas State University in 2012, I moved to Morgantown, West Virginia to attend dental school at West Virginia University. Upon dental school graduation in 2017, I was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and was recognized for my scholastic ability, as well as my roles in leadership and community service. Immediately following graduation from dental school, I began my orthodontics residency at Saint Louis University and graduated in 2019.

Today, I am thrilled to have returned home to the Northeast Arkansas community to practice orthodontics and provide excellent care to my patients. It is my hope that upon visiting our office that you will witness my excitement and enthusiasm for not only creating amazing smiles, but for cultivating meaningful relationships with my patients, as well.

As a family-oriented wife and doctor, I understand the busyness of day to day life and the need for an orthodontic practice that provides both efficiency and convenience for you and your family members. I take pride in having flexibility regarding treatment preferences and scheduling, which allows me to curate a unique, fun experience that is customized to each individual that I have the pleasure of treating!

Outside of the practice, I spend most of my time with my husband, Mark, our miniature schnauzers, Tanya and Tucker, and our families. I also enjoy interior design, traveling to new places, visiting Lake Norfork in the summer and am an avid supporter of the Red Wolves, WV Mountaineers, STL Cardinals, and STL Blues!

My name is Sissy and I joined the Dream Team in June 2015 as our patient care coordinator/insurance coordinator. I love watching our patient and families come in and see their smiles change over the years. The self confidence that comes from braces is amazing!

I graduated from Arkansas State University in May 2008. I have been married to my husband Joey for 11 years and we have 3 amazing boys, Kayden, Landon and Asher, who keep us on our toes. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the lake, hunting, and watching my kids play soccer and baseball.

In 2005 I became a Registered Dental Assistant. I have been working for Dr. Weaver since March 2013. Working here is fulfilling, especially when we get to see the fabulous smiles we create! Its great to see our patients grow and change, right in front of my eyes.

My name is Sarah and I have been a member of the Dream team since 2014. I have over nine years of experience with orthodontic assisting. I love interacting with the patients and seeing their smiles transform. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I live in Brookland with my two children, Hayden and Loren.

I have been a registered dental assistant since 2010 and have been employed at Weaver Orthodontics since January 2016. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family (that includes my 2 fur babies), summertime fun, basketball tournaments and motorcycle rides with my husband Jack.

I have worked in orthodontics for 15 years and have been with Dr. Weaver from day one. I have been married to my husband James for many years. We have one son, Rocky, a daughter-in-law, Alyssa, and 3 wonderful grandkids, Gavin, Bella, and Zendaya. In my free time I enjoy spoiling my grandkids and taking long motorcycle rides with my husband James. I love being a part of the Dream Weaver Team!

My name is Jenica and I have been a part of the Dream Team since June 2020. I am currently a patient care coordinator, but I have also been a dental assistant in the past. I absolutely love the dental field and Im always trying to learn as much as I can about whatever I can. When Im not working, I enjoy spending time outside, cooking, art, music, and binge watching my favorite shows. Lastly, I have a husky named Lady and a black cat named BB.

I have been a part of the Dream Team since November 2020, but I have been an orthodontic assistant for 14 years. I love spending time with my family! Most of all my sassy, beautiful grand-daughter and handsome son! Summer is my favorite time of year. I love my job of making people smile and I love having fun.

I started Weaver Orthodontics in June 2021 but I have been an orthodontic assistant for 13 years. In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends. I am a nature lover and LOVE antiquing and distressing furniture.

I am married to my amazing husband and together we have three handsome young sons, one beautiful daughter, and one spoiled rotten blue heeler, Oaklee. Our family enjoys horseback riding, fishing, hunting, camping and being outdoors! We are a family that is all about living life to the fullest and making as many memories as possible. My career here at Weaver Orthodontics has been my first step into the dental field and it has taught me so much. I cannot wait to see what my future holds with Dr Weaver and the Dream Team!
