Clean place with coffe and tea available, all equipment is new (unlike Most NYC dental offices). Staff listened to want I wanted done, they weren't pressuring me into doing anything I didn't want to.

The team here at WeSmile are the best! Their service animal, Nova is the most adorable thing! Super friendly and loves to be petted. The atmosphere here is like no other, truly an amazing experience!

The actual dental service is great! The doctors and hygienists are great at what they do. The administration service is horrible however! For starters, every appointment that I book I get harassed with 3+ phone calls to just confirm my appointment. These calls are around 12pm when I'm busy working and quickly decline them. But they keep trying. I understand they want to confirm and do their job but if the call gets declined, then that means the person is not available for a reason. The last time I asked to not be called and just be texted which is fine with me but they still called before they texted me for my next appointment. Obviously missed the point there. My main complaint is that every single time I have an appointment I'm forced to wait 20+ min past the start of my appointment time just to even be seated in a chair (not necessarily the doctor/hygienist). It's ridiculous how I have to come up to the receptionist to ask "how much longer do I have to wait" every single appointment I've had. Not once am I told that there is a delay or reason for wait. I'm just forced to wait and wonder how long I'm going to be waiting for. Interestingly, when I ask for my wait time, they're suddenly ready for me. My most recent appointment the guy in the waiting room next to me fell asleep and when he woke up he said he was waiting for more than 30 min! To make matter worse, I was scheduled for a 10 min exam and when I was done I was told to go back to the waiting room and wait another 10 min for another doc to review what the first doc said. As I write this long paragraph I'm actually in the waiting room waiting these "10 min or so". As you can tell I've had a lot of time to even write this long paragraph.

CONFIRM IF THEY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE!! Used zocdoc the night before to do an emergency recement to my crown which is cover by my insurance. Because I teach and it was the first day back, I didn't touch my phone and did not get to confirm I was going so when I called when I got out at 3 I lost my appointment and asked me to come in later or at the moment, which I did. It's my fault for not asking first if they take my insurance. It wasn't until I got into the chair that they gave me a price to do the service. It's like the dentist called this guy over and he said $84. I even asked if they ran it through my insurance and they did not clearly say they don't take my insurance and proceeded to say they'll do it for free. I have the money but if it's covered by my insurance, why should I pay? I did not feel comfortable at that point and asked to leave. On a positive note, they staff was extremely friendly and clean. I only ask that they confirm they're out of network or in network with their patients before getting in that chair.

The dental team was very professional. They made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. It's a cool experience to be able to watch Netflix while the procedure is being done. I would definitely recommend We Smile Dental to other clients.

This place is Super unprofessional. My girlfriend had decided to do her invisiline here, but it was the most wasted and detrimental experience. Not only did they fail to correct her teeth, but they make you wait super long and don't care. She did the treatment for 30 weeks and her bottom teeth were completely misaligned after and they realized they screwed up so they decided to do the treatment for another 30 weeks and no change. They promised her the third time that it would have results and the dentist actually told her that is incapable of fixing the top. Waste of time completely. Now after all of this nonsense, they keep pushing back appointment dates for the new invisiline trays which is prolonging the treatment. 2 weeks added each time they call her phone because a dentist "couldn't make it that day" UNPROFESSIONAL please stay away if you value your time and money and dental health.

Super unpleasant experience. Stay away from them. I made an appointment for one thing and they were treating me from another :)) poor communication. If anyway you come in, ask questions they are not sure what they doing.

I am so disappointed, I got a veneer here and it looks so bad & big n everybody noticed when I got it. Also I'm doing my invisiline here for the 3rd time (redoing it actually) because they can't properly align my teeth 3x. I was told they Can't straighten my teeth bcuz I have veneer, but then why they don't say this in the beginning. Spent 7k total, disappointing honestly.
