Went in for a feeling on one of my teeth now I'm in pain. Called several times to schedule an appointment no answer and left several voicemails no call back went to another dentist they are recommending a root cancel due poor service with this provider.

Hadn't gone to dentist for 13 yrs she was honest straight forward and they listen to what you wanna do.But also give really good recommendations

Only the best! You won't ever find such a amazing place like this Dr Hampton truly knows her stuff plus she does amazing work! Love the girls here as well ty all for being like family to my kids and I we love you all

I had the absolute pleasure of taking my special needs Daughter with severe sensory issues to this doctor's office today! Each and every one of the staff members there were absolutely amazing with their kindness!!! It's not always easy to keep an autistic child quiet while waiting in the waiting room, luckily the very fun, unique colorful climbing areas they have in there waiting room was amazing to keep my daughter distracted while we waited for our turn. Every staff member that we communicated with had Shepherd customer service and not only that they just simply kind and welcoming environment The assistant that started the process with my daughter was gentle and patient as she squirmed When the doctor came in and had to take a look for any possible cavities and discuss future dental plan, she was amazing!! She was patient with my special needs daughter, understanding that kids especially at a young age are hard to stay still loved her accent! She was kind, straightforward gentle and honest It's an absolute pleasure to know that she is my daughter's new dentist!!!! It was also excited for the little candy style vending machine that put a token in and the kids get a little toy she was playing with her toys on her way to school I'm thankful I read the reviews prior and everyone was always saying good things about this place!! It's awesome environment with the kind welcoming staff who are very understanding!!!

I'd give this a zero star if I could. For those out there looking for a place to get your teeth worked on be careful. I got the x-rays and cleaning done here and was told I needed filings, so I said ok. Came back a month later for my appt, went in totally fine no pain, nothing. So after getting my teeth worked on I walked out in pain. Days later I'm in serious pain, all the teeth that she worked on is causes my jaw to hurt. It feels like I'm constantly biting on aluminum with something sour stuck in my back of my mouth. Then I'm told I need to come back an have a deep cleaning done. I'm thinking they f'd up on purpose so I can come back again to have everything redone to get more money. Yeah no thanks. Now I'm looking else where so maybe you should too. Yes this is the place by Smiths by the way.

Dr Hampton I have been to so many dentists over the years and since I started seeing you I refuse to go anywhere else it's because of you I have the most beautiful smile it's because of you my children have the most beautiful smile to Crystal and all the other girls we love you this is the best place to go get your teeth done and you walk in there and it's like your family they welcome you with open arms they care about you they will do anything for you and help you in any kind of way because they really do care and people out there making really bad reviews about them. It's absolutely ridiculous dr Hampton your a genius I lobe how sweet you girls are to all the children and all the patience keep up the amazing work girls!

I had my metal filling fall out, as it was recommended better than the white filling, it always makes eating cold foods uncomfortable, and I can't have my medicade bill twice for the same tooth, and now I have to pay out of pocket for a half root canal.

At first liked office staff so decided to get care, but dentist was extremely rough and hard to communicate with because of her heavy accent. After receiving fillings she said one took a long time cause it actually needed root canal or extractions, but she didn't tell me till afterwards. I kept going in for further care and complained about pain in that filling getting worse. Nothing done. I said I would be moving and to oly address the partial I needed but I was lied to several times and told I had to get deep cleaning and that it wouldn't delay healing so I could get partial. It severely delayed healing and this was just a scam to get more money. My pain got so bad I had to go to another dentist who said all along I shouldn't have been ignored and that filling was a waste of time, pain, and money. I was originally quoted $1000 to have work that included partial. They charged the entire amount without providing partial. I am now trying to get money back but insurance is giving me a hard time cause they processed it incorrectly. Total rip off and don't recommend this dental program at all.

I've been a dentist for 30 years, new to New Mexico. I saw Dr Hampton today and I must say that she is awesome! I highly recommend her!

When I came in I was frightened. But the doctor smiled and was friendly, and I became calm. The procedure was without a pain, quite quickly (I had a complicated root canal), and I fixed my old issue with the tooth. Very professional and knowing staff. Recommend to everybody!

All the staff was great. I felt my teeth cleaning wasn't great. It didn't feel in depth and more like a tooth brushing. Everyone was friendly. The dentist was okay, a little forward about my teeth and cavities but it was ok.

Dr Hampton saved me So much money and tooth ache. I was told by several previous dentists i would need 2 Crowns and possibly 1-2 root canals. This was very untrue! I had 2 cavities. One had an infection which she was able to clear up and permanently fill. Its been over a year and all is well. Thank you Dr Hampton! Thank you Melinda Anaya for recruiting my son and I.

Incredible service and super nice staff. Had a tooth bothering me on and off for years, the doctor looked at the X-rays and was spot on diagnosing and giving me the best treatment. I will only come to this dentist from now on!!
