Dr.Reffner and his team are absolutely amazing. I have not been a fan of dentistry or going to the dentist but my experience with Wayne heights dental after years of neglect to my teeth was a good one. They made me feel very comfortable and were also very informative. My family and I will definitely come back for their services for years to come. I have already recommended them to numerous friends of mine and will continue to spread the word of their dedicated and amazing work.

Dr.Reffner and his team are absolutely amazing. I have been going to Dr. Reffner for 15+years. He has been amazing, and I love the staff! When I 1st went I was scared to death to go to the dentist. Now I actually miss them in between cleanings!

Terrible dentist office! They told me that my insurance would cover the treatment they recommended but they failed to bill my insurance. 4 years later, they are affecting my credit score. They lie to steal your money and rack up debt. Worse yet, i had to have the fillings redone by a better dentist. Terrible people. Owner lied. I signed nothing of the sort. And was ensured by both the receptionist and the dental aid that since my insurance covers $1000 per year, that the < $400 charge would be covered. LIES! I will be filing numerous complaints with the credit bureaus, the ADA, and additional negative reviews.

I got charged a huge bill for cleanings and was making monthty payments and their outside billing company sent the bill to collections without any notice, their office refused to help. Doctor Reffner also has the most weak and insincere hand shake, which says alote about a persons integrity and honesty. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

It's been far too long since I went to the dentist and I was delightfully surprised by the experience. No wait, friendly front desk and Cristi kept things pain free and friendly. I liked having everything explained clearly, as it was happening (monitors were definitely helpful) and wasn't chastised too much for waiting so long to go.

My experience with the team at Wayne Heights Dental was GREAT! I especially wish to mention assistant Tiffanie Luther. She was very attentive, considerate, and helpful navigating me through the process. She was very much in tune with Dr. Reffner and assisted him through my root canal with perfect timing. She made my experience very pleasant. Dr. Reffner, Tiffanie, Brooke, and the rest of the team actually make a Dental visit something to look forward to!

Dr. Refiner and his staff are amazing! My family and I have been in the area for years and we where so excited to transfer over about 4 years ago due to their professionalism, kind hearted care, wonderful offers, and superior dental services! Every technician is well trained! On my last visit, Cristi was phenomenal! She walked me through each step, provided amazing comfort, and guidance to see me through a successful treatment plan! I just had a root canal done on 3/2/17 by Dr. Reffner and one of the assistants Tiffanie Luther and it was fabulous! I was having trouble with that tooth (caused by my old dentist) and was not even a patient technically of this practice before this visit and they got me in the same week I called for an appointment when 2 other dentist offices I tried calling said I couldn't be seen for a number of weeks! Dr. Reffner was so gentle, respectful, not intimidating or forceful, and really knew what he was doing and made sure multiple times during the process that I was comfortable. My assistant Tiffanie Luther was fabulous! I get REALLY anxious/ nervous about dental work and her friendly bubbly personality totally set me at ease and she really made me feel like I want just another patient but that I was THE patient. She answered countless questions I had about dental care and I am totally coming back to this practice and asking for her as my assistant! My husband and two children will be coming to this practice as well. Front desk staff were super friendly and so helpful with insurance stuff and any questions I had. Thank you Wayne Heights Dental Care!!!!
