Dr. Wayne Terhune graduated from the University of Washington in 1976 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. After practicing for a time in Washington, he moved to the Reno/Sparks area in 1980. His practice has been in continual operation since then, in its original location on Pyramid Way.
For several years, Dr. Terhune and his family have been actively involved in civic activities within the local community and beyond. Dr. Terhune is a strong, well-known advocate for conservative, Constitutional principles. He and his family have been working for lower taxes, increased liberty, and enhanced gun rights.
